Pros:

The staff was really nice. Very enthusiastic and helpful. Breakfast was included and was a good start of the day. The Ha Guang loop they organized was more than I could wish for.

Cons:

It's a little further from the center but it was fine for me

Pros:

Great rooms. I had the bungalow . Super clean . Super spacious .
I arrived very early in the morning . They cleaned my room so I could have early check-in . Didn’t charge me . They allowed me to store my luggage. There was a huge storm . My ha Giang loop tour was postponed for days . was a rough, dirty last day . When I finally arrived to retrieve my luggage . I had a few hour wait for a bus to arrive for a 9 hour trip .They offered me a shower and a place sit comfortably. Until my bus . Highly recommend. Caring staff .

Clean , spacious, games room, pool, restaurant . Decent breakfast . Loved the bungalow . The view was amazing. Bungalow spacious ! Thank goodness for the AC
I arrived at 5 am and they quickly had a room cleaned for me by 10 am. Super friendly staff

Pros:

Große Räume, schöne Anlage! Leider konnten wir sie nicht richtig nutzen, da wir spät ankamen und am nächsten Tag die Loop Tour gestartet haben. Die Tour konnten wir kurzfristig im Hotel buchen und waren sehr zufrieden!

Cons:

Etwas abgelegen vom Ort, man muss einen Roller haben oder ein Taxi nehmen um in den Ort zu kommen.

Goed verblijf voor start en einde van de Ha Giang loop
Pros:

Het ontbijt was in buffetvorm, doch heel weinig variatie. Koffie lekker, maar vooral lauw.
Eerste kamer had probleem met de deur, een andere kamer gekregen, upgrade. Eveneens een grote kamer als ons eerst geboekte.
Heel goede bedden, kingsize, grote badkamer, doch superglad en water blijft staan in douche! We moesten handdoek op grond leggen om niet uit te glijden!
Eten in hotel ‘s middags was goed, beperkte kaart.

Cons:

Hygiëne van de kamer, airco zit vol met stof en vuil, en deze hangt boven je bed (zeker niet gezond!!)
Schuifraam kon niet sluiten, en anderen kunnen via balkon in je kamer: onveilig gevoel want er is geen safe! Wel locker beneden aan inkom hotel. Bed aan raam lag vol met vuil en dode beesten die uit voegen van raam zijn geblazen door de voorbije tyfoon.
Motorverhuur: enkel motorhelmen met XL MAAT - bij smal hoofd is dit onveilig om op motorfiets rond te toeren. Prijs huur motorfiets ligt bij nader horen tijdens toer toch iets hoger of andere verhuurcentra.

Nice complex. Good location
Pros:

Great lodge. Nice rooms and a beautiful property.
The two young girls who greeted me upon check in were amazing. They were do nice and Willo g to help. Firm bed

Cons:

The young man at checkout. Pretty sure it was his first day on the planet. I asked if I pay cash or card and he said cash as a card adds 5%. I gave him cash but he informed me he did not have change. So I asked how can I pay cash then? He made me pay card and I copped the 5% which I was not happy about and question, as I heard him say the same to a guy trying to buy food the previous night, whether it is deliberately done to get a bit extra.
It left a sour taste in my mouth after a nice stay.
