Fabulous both times.
Pros:

We had the premium rooms which were absolutely beautiful and so spacious. A very welcome bath after doing the Ha Giang Loop for 4 days.

Cons:

Both times we stayed we had power Cuts but that was throughout the town. No complaints about the Lotus at all.

Notre bungalow était top, beau et tout confort 🤗

Cons:

Les parties communes ne sont pas propres, le petit déjeuner est léger et avec un reassort du buffet aléatoire après 7h30 😫 dommage !

Pros:

Chambre très spacieuse avec literie confortable, cadre et vue magnifiques, le personnel est très sympathique et serviable

Cons:

- Aucune insonorisation, nous étions juste au dessous du restaurant, billard etc, impossible de dormir sans boules quies on entend tout comme si on y était
- Les finitions de la salle de bain sont à revoir, il y a des trous partout, certains ont été rebouché avec de l’enduit à même le carrelage, la douche a besoin d’un bon détartrage : le pommeau détachable ne fonctionnait même pas et celui du haut était tellement entartré que l’eau ne coulait que sur le côté, la salle de bain est complètement inondée après la douche et le lendemain matin odeur d’humidité +++
- La localisation est un peu excentrée, heureusement il y a un restaurant dans l’hôtel mais j’ai été malade 3h après y avoir mangé

Great room, poor services.
Pros:

Amazing room. Astonishing setting high up on the side of a hill.

Cons:

Room wasn't serviced properly before our stay. Many items were missing. I had to drink my morning coffee out of a whiskey tumbler... granted it was a nice tumbler. Restaurant leaves a lot to be desired. Worst morning coffee I have experienced so far in Vietnam.

La chambre était propre et à la hauteur de nos attentes.

Cons:

Nous avons eu un intoxication alimentaire en mangeant au restaurant le soir, dommage. Le jet de notre douche était très faible.

Pros:

Wat een verwelkoming van Tina!!!! Super lieve receptioniste en gastvrouw :) Alles snel geregeld. Wij hadden de privatieve loop voor Ha Giang geboekt (dus niet via Lotus hotel) maar alsnog mochten wij onze zakken daar laten in een locker en konden wij na de loop douchen alvorens te vertrekken naar Hanoi op dezelfde avond. Wat een service!!! Tina heeft ons mega geholpen en is er altijd ter beschikking. Restaurant mega lekker en op vierde verdiep met zicht op de prachtige stad en bergen. Op 10 minuten te voet van Ha Giang stad.

Brilliant hotel, can’t wait to come back and stay there again.
Pros:

The whole property was lovely and clean. The rooms were so luxury and I felt so relaxed. The staff there were so kind, especially Tina who went above and beyond.

Cons:

Nothing. It was perfect.
