Ha Giang Loop da sogno
Pros:

Tutto. Struttura molto bella su piedi delle montagne. Spazi ampi di ogni genere, dalla piscina alla sala svago, terrazza molto grande per fare colazione e personale giovane e molto disponibile. Abbiamo fatto con loro anche 3 giorni di Ha Giang Loop. Hanno prezzi molto più bassi rispetto alla media (basta che scrivete solo su whatsapp e vi manderanno tutte le info)
Ha Giang Loop è stata l’esperienza più bella che potessimo fare, I drivers sono bravi e molto simpatici, sono riusciti a creare un’atmosfera unica nel nostro gruppo.

Great place to stay !
Pros:

Lovely friendly staff especially Tina who booked bus transfers for us and helped with anything we needed. Private room was lovely and good value for money. Pool lovely to cool off in. Breakfast was good. We also booked Ha Giang Loop tour with them which was brilliant.

Gran servicio y un equipo humano de primera
Pros:

Mi estancia y la posterior experiencia del Loop con Lotus Ha Giang Loop han sido fantásticas. Aunque surgieron algunos detalles operativos al principio, la dirección demostró una gran capacidad de respuesta y profesionalidad para solucionarlos satisfactoriamente.
Lo mejor del alojamiento y de la agencia sin duda es su personal. Las chicas de recepción son increíblemente eficientes, resolutivas y amables, facilitando la vida a cualquier viajero. Y en ruta, contar con guías como Kem y Toai eleva la aventura a otro nivel: cercanía, seguridad y diversión asegurada.
Un alojamiento y una agencia muy recomendables si visitas Ha Giang. ¡Gracias por todo!

Pros:

- accueil et personnel adorable
- petit déjeuner pas trop mal
- très belle piscine
- très bon coin relax avec jeu

Cons:

- accessibilité aux personnes handicapées très limite pour les chambres au dessus de la piscine
- emplacement mais pas grand chose à y faire

Disappointed!
Pros:

The room was like on the picture with very nice view.

Cons:

Apart from the rooms, which match the description, everything else is neglected.
The sky bar closed, looks like a squat.
The restaurant is expensive, the food is poor, and there is no service.
Breakfast is very limited and not good.
The pool is dirty and unusable.
Overall, the hotel is run-down.
It's okay for a single night before doing "the loop," but nothing more.

Las sabanas eran de franela y algo incómodas para sabanas de hotel. La piscina estaba sin limpiar y el desayuno empezó más tarde de lo que se ofertaba
