Dank unseres tollen Tuk Tuk Fahrers war es doch noch ein schöner Aufenthalt

Für diese Unterkunft war es ein hervorragender Swimmingpool 🏊

Alles sehr alt, kaputt
Die Hotelanlage braucht eine
Generalüberholung.
die Arbeitsmoral des Personals lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Ich war mit meiner Frau die einzigsten Gäste und wir mussten 1 Stunde 20 Minuten aufs Essen warten.
Was dann auch noch nicht kam.
Das Personal war mehr mit unter beieinander schwatzen und mit Handys beschäftigt, als uns das Essen zu zubereiten.
Ist aber kein Problem man lässt sich die Bolt App runter und fährt mit dem Tuk Tuk nach Moshi zum Essen.
Dort gibt es jede Menge gute Lokale
Weil wir einen späten Abflugtermin hatten hatten wir für 15 $ das Zimmer länger gebucht. Weil wir uns aber beschwert hatten wegen dem späten beziehungsweise gar kein Essen hat der Chef und diese 15 $ erlassen und irgendwann zwei 3 Stunden später kam ein ein Mitarbeiter und wollte 15 $ von mir haben hab ich natürlich nicht bezahlt weil es ist ja eine bodenlose Frechheit.

Pros:

The room was confortable but outdated.
The welcome & reception were amazing however.
Hotel arranged my transfer to & from the airport which was punctual & well managed.
The hotel food is very good & is a nice variety.
The hotel staff are wonderful, they made the stay very enjoyable & were very helpful conaidering my body was in pain from climbing Mount Kilimanjaro, they helped me a lot.

Cons:

Outdated rooms could use modernising, but the stay was comfortable.

Einfache Übernachtung mit Pool zu angemessenem Preis.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war größer als die gebuchten 7qm, hatte ein schönes, großes Doppelbett und ein einfaches Bad. Der Pool ist groß und durch einen schönen Garten zu erreichen. Parkplatz auf dem Innenhof und somit bewacht und sicher. Freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Die Liegen am Pool sind eher schlicht und nicht so bequem. Das Zimmer ist zum übernachten prima, aber sonst nicht so gemütlich. Das Frühstück war mit Kaffee,Tee,Toast, Peanutbutter und Eiern überschaubar.
Aber für einen kurzen Zwischenstopp in Moshi würden wir es wieder buchen.

Bon logement prix très correct
Pros:

L'emplacement est à proximité de la ville de Moshi. Facile à trouver. Accueil très chaleureux de la part du personnel à l'arrivée. Établissement bien entretenu, propre, beaux espace verts avec une piscine entretenue. La chambre est propre, la literie est bonne, moustiquaire efficace. Le petit déjeuner est correct. Le prix global est tres correct. Je recommande.

Cons:

La salle de bain de la chambre n'est pas très fonctionnelle, tres étroit. L'eau n'était pas chaude dans la chambre durant le séjour, mais possibilité de prendre une douche chaude dans une autre chambre, personnel réactif. Coupure d'électricité fréquente.
À notre départ, grosse confusion avec le personnel avec notre réservation effectuée sur Booking, par précision, il n'y avait plus de connexion et ces derniers nous réclamaient l'argent qui avait déjà était paye sur le site 1 semaine a l'avance. Nous avons été enfermé avec un cadenas pour ne pas sortir de l'établissement, INADMISSIBLE, alors que nous avions un bus à prendre. Le personnel ne faisait malheureusement que suivre les ordres du patron par téléphone,qui semblait être tres sans pitié avec son personnel en les tenant pour responsable du supposé non paiement de notre part. Nous avons eu le patron au téléphone qui maintenait son discours. Après de longues minutes nous avons enfin pu quitter l'établissement étant donné que nous avons payé. Attention au règlement en ligne pour les futures réservations pour éviter de tels scandales.

Es war nicht so schlimm
Cons:

Das Badezimmer war nicht so bequem zum duschen! Nach dem duschen war das Badezimmer voll Wasser und mussten uns aus dem Badezimmer abtrocknen.
Das Frühstück war nicht abwechslungsreich aber es hat gereicht. Der Chef hat uns während unseres Aufenthalt gar keinen Tag begrüsst.

Personnel très accueillant, parfois service au restaurant un peu lent mais très bonne cuisine.
Chambre spacieuse et confortable.
Personnel très serviable et très courtois (surtout Ali, le réceptionniste)
