They had good breakfast. Staff was really friendly & had polite behaviour.
The fridge cable wasn't fitted in . Just a suggestion to check all facilities are working before guest arrival
Everything especially the staff namely imran and lucky ,who were extremely professional , accommodating and resourceful .

The courteousness of the staff, both at the Reception level, and support staff (restaurant, maintenance, housekeeping) was exemplary. Apart from being helpful, they were very friendly, and forthcoming, too. The food (100% veg.) was very, very good, too.
The air-conditioning vent was aligned directly towards the face of the guests, so it was impossible to sleep without an extra pillow covering the head, to avoid the AC blast. This is a design/structural issue, and it needs attention.
Blueivy is an amazing hotel in Anand, Gujarat in a great location, easy to find, just off the Highway.
Staff are really polite, speak in various languages and they go out of their way to help the occupants. Really delicious breakfast which has so much choice.
I would indeed, recommend this place to friends and family .

As I entered my room, I felt quite suffocated due to outside heat as well as an extremely long journey which impacted my first impression. However, it was resolved within a few minutes,
