Pros:

The room is clean, comfortable and beautiful for couple stay with passable view.

Cons:

I asked for change in person's name invoice to my partner's name who is also stayed together. Until now no proper and responsible feedback either from booking or from the hotel. Disappointed

Pros:

The room was spacious and the views of the mountain ranges were great. The breakfast variety is acceptable. The lifts are fast.

Cons:

The handheld shower should be on a sliding rail. It is not adjustable. On checking in, we found the room had no soap, shampoo or shower gel. Although the room is equipped with kitchen cupboards and a sink, there were no crockery, glasses or cutlery. The shuttle service is RM9 pp, and quite inflexible running only on the hour. Booking rideshare such as Grab is cheaper, faster and more convenient.

Pros:

Everything—the mountain view, the swimming pool, the comfy bed—everything is complete. I really like it all, very beautiful and with complete facilities. The swimming pool is kids friendly, and the mattress is comfortable for sleeping. Will definitely repeat.

Cons:

The floor is a little sticky and has some dirt. At night, there is a loud noise—don’t know what it is—kind of like a door opening and closing forcefully a few times, which is quite startling
