It would be great to have an autism sensory room, playroom (more items).

The staff are friendly. The room and view.
Overall everything is good.

Cons:

I don't like that 2 nights in a row the toilet has too many baby roaches running around. The phone is not working either. Its horrible. The cleaner came and cleaned it and the roaches returned the next day, they asked to switch rooms but I was checking out in a couple of hours in the morning. They need to do room fogging if not someone is gonna fall sick with roaches running around the toilet on the towels, etc. Please look into this matter. Especially those staying with kids.

The view.. walaupon stay level 28 kita dah macam sama level dengan awan.. staff peramah Dan murah dengan senyuman.. walaupon ade benda yg x memuaskan tapi view tersangatla ohsem 👍

Cons:

Lantai macam tak mop sebab ade kesan tapak kaki.. tuala mandi ade kekotaran Dan berbau.. nasib baek ade bawak towel sendiri..

Bilik luas dan cantik..nasib dapat view Genting memang cantik..

Cons:

Boleh ada kan parking untuk OKU, bilik ada berbau sedikit dan sedikit kecewa dengan staff semasa cek in..dah request awal untuk bilik level tinggi dan view awan tapi tak dapat.. sebab baca ramai kata request level tinggi ramai dapat je,tp ok lah dia bg view genting..

Pros:

I like the environment of the hotel, homey and friendly. Facilities are good and fun for the kids. We like the swimming pools. Water is warm and we really enjoyed the pool. The view is amazing and we were able to have a very good time there. Staffs are friendly and very helpful.
