少し不満足
Cons:

入室した際部屋がすごく暑くてエアコンは暖房か送風しか作動できなく息苦しかった
寒い地域から奄美に来たのですごく暑く感じたのかもしれないが人によって体感温度は違うので冷房も使えるようにするべきだと思う

大浴場が利用できること。
ベットが掛け布団形式だったこと。
チェックインチェックアウトが簡便だったこと。

Cons:

• フロントのゆり？は華やかで綺麗だが、あまり好きではない香りなので残念だった。
• お風呂の混み具合が部屋からわかると良いかも…今回はいつも空いていたので問題なかったが、女フロの場合待つこともあるので。

とても快適な滞在ができて、奄美にくるならまたここに泊まります。
Pros:

スタッフの皆さま、どなたも明るく親切で分かりやすい説明をしてくれます。朝食のバイキングで、鶏飯が食べられるのも嬉しいし、とても美味しかったです。お部屋も清潔感があって、心地よかったです。

Cons:

冷暖房の調整が部屋ごとにできないのが、強いて言うなら難点でした。朝、汗だくで目覚めた日が1日ありました。

Excellent hotel in Amami Island
Pros:

Fantastic hotel with great facilities. The hotel has a welcoming modern feel with a spacious bright entrance and the staff is attentive and speaks English. Our room had a comfortable sitting area and we liked that the window could open. The onsen had a separate cold bath as well as a sauna. We had breakfast at the hotel every morning because they serve such an amazing selection of foods even for vegetarians.

Excellent stay
Pros:

Stayed for three nights at this hotel. It was an outstanding hotel with excellent service provided by the staff. Breakfast included a good range of food, both western and local Japanese. Overall a lovely experience and good value.
