Staff very friendly
The hotel has been newly renovated and everything feels fresh and modern. The location is excellent — it is within walking distance of major attractions and convenient for getting around the city. The view from my room was absolutely stunning and made my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms are newly refurbished, clean, and very comfortable.

C est une honte de la part de booking de proposer cet hôtel. Il est immonde. Un petit déjeuner minable. Il était payé et pourtant on n a pas voulu y retourner. En France ce ne serait pas permis de louer un tel hôtel très sale
A part la baignoire à remous nous n avons rien apprécié. C est la première fois que je vois cela. Les draps arrachés la lampe de chevet sans ampoule. Je suis allé demander une ampoule on m a répondu qu ils n en avaient pas. Nos vacances ont été en partie gachées

Um ehrlich zu sein gar nichts. Es ist wie eine Mogelpackung, die Fotos weichen erheblich vom originalen Zustand ab.
Um Kleinigkeiten zu benennen: selbst Frottee-Schlappen lagen auf der Küchenzeile statt im Bad. Alles sah abgenutzt aus und roch modrig. Homekeeping putzte sehr Unprofessionalität, das sah ich schon am vorbei gehen. Ich habe keine Handtücher benutzt, hier konnte ich schon davon ausgehen, dass mit niedriger Temperatur gewaschen wird. Die Preise entsprechen den europäischen Hotelpreisen die Sauberkeit eher Afrika.

There wasn't any kitchen facility in the room, such as plates, cutlery, etc. We asked every single time.

Klima hat nicht das komplette Zimmer gekühlt, da das Zimmer mit einem Raumteiler getrennt war
The staff was nice and they helped us to solve the problems
The hotel was really messy and neglected. The walls were dirty, wall painting was coming out, there were broken plugs and door was not working well. We rented the room with jacuzzi and they said it was not working, the machine just had broken and they changed our room after the first night to a one which was working. In the other room the jacuzzi was not working properly either and one could see the silicone patches everywhere. It wasn’t fully cleaned as well. On top of that, the breakfast had nothing to do with the pictures they uploaded on the site. It is just a couple of slices of cheese, tomatoes and cooked eggs.
All in all, it has nothing to do with the pictures they uploaded. The quality is really low and it feels almost like a scam. The prices they ask are really high for what they offer.
