Pros:

Ich bin nicht geblieben weil personal war so frecht und hat ausgelacht driver hat mich nicht in flughafen gewartet und ich habe gefragt warum die wollte mir beweisen das stimmt nicht aber war niemand.Dann personal hat manager angerufen und sie war extrem unfreundlich.Ich bin unerall in mandarin in eu aber in Batumi muss noch service mit kundschaft exrrem verbessern vor allem mit frauen.

Cons:

Habe ja geschrieben.Ich nin nicht geblieben weil es war aussrn normales wie war das verhalten.Müsste andere hotel buchen und dort gehen.Sehr schlecht
