Pros:

朝食ビュッフェのスタッフの方がとても親切でした。
お部屋は清潔でシャワーカーテンも臭わなかった。

Cons:

海外の方の話し声が気になった（ドアの防音が弱い？）
お茶がティーパックでなかった（粉のやつ）
朝食ビュッフェの温かい飲み物の種類が少なかった

Pleasant stay
Pros:

Well located, close to tram. Easy to find as it's one of the taller buildings in the area with name prominently displayed. Half a dozen or so eating choices in the immediate vicinity, more if you walk a couple of blocks to the main road. Excellent breakfast with lots of Japanese and western options. Clean and comfortable room, more spacious than what you find in Tokyo.

Perfect hotel for a sightseeing trip in Hakodate!
Pros:

Great value and overall a good hotel. The rooms are spacious. There are free drinks in the lobby from 15:00 to 22:00. All necessary amenities are available in the lobby as well. The staff is friendly, helpful and speaks English.
The location is amazing: it’s a short tram ride away from the Hakodate train station, there’s a lot of great restaurants nearby, and you’re walking distance from the red brick warehouses and the Mount Hakodate ropeway!
Definitely recommended for a sightseeing trip to Hakodate.

Cons:

No onsen on the property, but the staff gave me directions to a nearby one.

函館では一番休まる最高のホテル
Pros:

スタッフが親切で機敏に対応。
窓の外には海がみえて、街並みが綺麗。
15:00以降夜遅くまで無料のコーヒーを含むドリンクが豊富。
コーヒーは部屋まで持っていけて
仕事もはかどった。

Excellent hôtel à Hakodate
Pros:

Très bel hôtel à Hakodate, situé dans le cœur de ville. Chambre pour 2 spacieuse, petit déjeuner particulièrement bon. Personnel très accueillant. À 10min à pied, le complexe d'entrepôts en briques rouges de Kanemori où se trouve plein de boutiques et de restaurant. Dans le même rayon de temps, accès au téléphérique qui vous emmène au Mt Hakodate

Cons:

Seul "bémol", le parking est à 5min à pied de l'hôtel mais rien de bien grave

Great room, and the free drinks starting around 15:00.

Cons:

We arrived 1 and half hour before checking time. We understand we are not allow to check in till 3, but we were not even allow to park our vehicle unless we pay extra. It is not a big deal, but just kind of surprising and it was very difficult to communicate with the parking staff.
