Pros:

Great location, great buffet breakfast, staff were extremely helpful, room and facilities were very clean and tidy. Great vale, room was larger than we expected and the bed was really comfortable.

Nothing really to not like.

Well priced, comfortable hotel with an amazing breakfast buffet
Pros:

Although the hotel is a little tucked away from the centre, it is only a short walk (2 short blocks) from the tram stop. The room was perfectly comfortable for our two night stay. But the biggest plus for this hotel is the amazing spread that they have for their buffet breakfast. So many delicious local delicacies and Japanese food options, plus a variety of good options for those who only want Western food. We stayed at a dozen hotels throughout our trip, including so called 5 star and this was definitely the most extensive and most delicious breakfast that we were offered - and we couldn't believe it for the price we paid. We are recommending this hotel to all our friends.

Cons:

Nothing to do with the hotel, which we thoroughly recommend - but the short walk from the tram was not easy due to snow and ice while we were there in late January.

お部屋は清潔でシャワーカーテンも臭わなかった。

海外の方の話し声が気になった（ドアの防音が弱い？）
お茶がティーパックでなかった（粉のやつ）
朝食ビュッフェの温かい飲み物の種類が少なかった
