Hidden gem.
Pros:

Surprisingly walking distance to lots of attractions and also handy for trams.

Cons:

Area immediately around hotel run down. However, there were a few little gems if you walked around the Bloch and local area.

Pros:

Hotel is walking distance from the Red Brick Warehouse. Hotel beds in the Twin room are bigger than super single size and very comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast with lots of sashimi for our donburri bowls. Enjoyed the grapes served for breakfast. Drinks and wine are also served at Level 1.

So far everything was fine.

Good value and a pleasant stay.
Pros:

Modern hotel with small but comfortable rooms. Located close to the many old repurposed red brick waterfront warehouses. About a half hour walk along the waterfront to the Morning Market.

Cons:

Limited nearby restaurants and supermarkets.
