Well located and excellent value
Pros:

A modern Japanese business hotel. Extremely comfortable with a great location near the old warehouses and the cable car. Incredibly good value.

Pros:

朝食がとても良かった。海鮮やカレーなど地元料理の選択肢も多く、とても満足だった。
清潔でスタッフも感じがとても良かった。

Cons:

標準的なガウン型のパジャマだったが、足が寒くなるので、ツーピースならもっと良かった。こどもサイズのパジャマもあると良かった。

Pros:

Spacious room. Very nice breakfast. Nearby parking provided.

Cons:

Our room is at the back of the elevator. We can hear the lift up and down all night. And, we stayed for 2 nights :-(

Great breakfast, good location for Hakodate exploration
Pros:

Staff were lovely, hotel was clean, price was very good, and location was great for exploring Hakodate tourist spots and finding a good restaurant for dinner. The breakfast was excellent with many options for Japanese and Hakodate specialities as well as western options.

Cons:

Our room was unusual compared with all the others on our floor in that it was particularly small because of an emergencies-only balcony for evacuation. If we had one of the more common rooms, space likely wouldn’t have been an issue.
