Pros:

The staff was really really good, they were truly helpful and the environment of the hotel was cool & homely even the owner himself came in the morning asked for our feedback and experience overall.

there was a girl & boy who helps in kitchen and house keeping were really helpful I was travelling with my 9 months old baby and they were really joyful and managed her cooking oats and other meal.

Cons:

Not customer friendly

We were not happy with our stay. First, we booked 4 nights by mistake but informed the property at check-in that we would only stay for 3 nights. They assured us it was not a problem. However, at checkout, we were still charged for 4 nights, and when we raised the issue, they refused to take any responsibility and simply blamed Booking.com. This felt very unfair and unprofessional.

Second, we were told they accept international credit cards, but at checkout, they insisted on Indian credit cards or UPI payments, which caused unnecessary stress. We had only international cards.

Lastly, there was ongoing construction work at the property, which was never mentioned at the time of booking.

We would not recommend this property, especially to international travelers expecting transparency and basic customer service.

Disappointing
Pros:

The property is located in such a place that you have a great view of the hills around.

We were put up in the Buransh room and the room was lovely. The room was spacious and the toilets clean and big.

Cons:

Much like movies that have very good 1st half followed by a dreadful 2nd half, so was our 1 night stay.

When we came in it was raining and hence could understand that there was no current. But even after the current came back, the property is plagued with power fluctuations. The fan was running with a loud whirring sound and going from full speed to low speed. The whole night it was like this resulting in a very disturbed sleep for us. Due to the same, there was no hot water for us as well leading for a very cold morning shower prior our departure.

We ordered food and there were such big pieces of chicken in the curry that resulted in the chicken being half cooked and the masala half done.

The staff were plenty but in my view quite forgetful and inefficient.

Our highlight from this stay was playing fussball and to say that was the only highlight is never a good reflection of a property.

PS - Airtel does not get any signal here. Only Jio does. The wifi in this place, during our stay, was quite poor and intermittent

A comfortable stay in anaesthically beautiful homestay.
Pros:

Overall, the stay was good with little areas of improvement.

The dinner and lunch options were great but breakfast options could be more and less oily. Bathrooms could be cleaned better.

Our phone wasn’t working and some of the furnishings in the room were worn out.

Stunning view with comfortable stay.
Pros:

Absolutely loved our stay and really memorable . Kamaljot was absolutely incredible helpful.
Had a lovely conversation with the owner and how he plan to unscale the property .
the whole staff including the owner were so welcoming and reachable , it felt like staying at a relative's place .

Would surely stay again.

Indeed, your second home in the hills!
Pros:

The people and the place were beyond perfect!
Navjot, Arif and Sunny are the stars of the property and not to forget Mr. Dalip, the owner is no less .. didn't feel we were staying out of home . They made us feel and our anniversary celebration just straight out of movies.
They actually did justice to the phrase ' home away from home!"

Cons:

Little care has to be taken on regular cleaning of the rooms.
The taste of the food is on point but the pricing has to be re-checked for some items .
For ex - two pieces of bread butter costing 100 is just way above....and bread is always included with eggs .
