the wifi was very bad, there were a lot of powercuts, ant in ice cream and food- although staff was kind enough to replace immediately. The pool had dirt and plastic bottles floating, in such nice locations cleanliness is a must

For the mountains look best place rest these guys need to improve on lots of things.
Pros:

Location was good, as it come few km before Lansdowne and the property have parking on site.

Cons:

There are few things which need to be addressed
1. Couldn’t take shower more then 30 sec as the water doesn’t pass the drainage at all, complained twice to staff and managers but list bother to even to check.
2. Breakfast was included in the package but was so bad every thing was diluted with water right from juice to sambar to potato curry when told chef and manager in restaurant “ reply was sir same complain was given by other guest as well, I think chef forgot to cook it properly wow”. We were there for 2 nights but morning breakfast was pathetic.
3. It was completely understandable if your charges were less, that you can only provide this much of quality in booking fees.
Booking fee is no less then any 5 star property but nothing is revert back to customer in form of food and the facility.
4. We checked in around 2pm and staff without knocking enters in our room at around 3pm asking for room service. When asked how did you enter without even ringing the bell “ sir we have master key” 🫡.

Liked the property but disappointed by the food. In all a 4/10 experience.
Pros:

Views are awesome. Property is immaculate and beautiful.

Cons:

The location of the property demands a well planned functional kitchen to cater the guests needs as they cannot go out easily to other places to eat. But the kitchen is handled by a pathetic incharge who is incompetent and insensitive. Half the items mentioned on menu are just for the sake of display. The chef is some local guy who is useless and can’t prepare anything extra than North Indian dhaba style food. Don’t dare to dream anything continental or else.

The staff was really really good, they were truly helpful and the environment of the hotel was cool & homely even the owner himself came in the morning asked for our feedback and experience overall.

there was a girl & boy who helps in kitchen and house keeping were really helpful I was travelling with my 9 months old baby and they were really joyful and managed her cooking oats and other meal.

Cons:

Not customer friendly

We were not happy with our stay. First, we booked 4 nights by mistake but informed the property at check-in that we would only stay for 3 nights. They assured us it was not a problem. However, at checkout, we were still charged for 4 nights, and when we raised the issue, they refused to take any responsibility and simply blamed Booking.com. This felt very unfair and unprofessional.

Second, we were told they accept international credit cards, but at checkout, they insisted on Indian credit cards or UPI payments, which caused unnecessary stress. We had only international cards.

Lastly, there was ongoing construction work at the property, which was never mentioned at the time of booking.

We would not recommend this property, especially to international travelers expecting transparency and basic customer service.
