Wir kommen wieder.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war in jeder Hinsicht außergewöhnlich und verdient höchste Anerkennung.

Bereits bei unserer nächtlichen Ankunft wurden wir von Neşe mit bemerkenswerter Herzlichkeit und Professionalität empfangen – ein erster Eindruck, der sich während des gesamten Aufenthalts bestätigte. Tugce hat sich mit großer Sorgfalt und Präzision um all unsere Anliegen gekümmert und dabei jeden Wunsch nicht nur erfüllt, sondern übertroffen.

Ein besonderes Lob gilt auch Bade, die unsere Zimmer täglich in einem makellosen Zustand gehalten hat – ihre Arbeit war von beeindruckender Gründlichkeit und Konstanz geprägt. Funda hat das Restaurant exzellent organisiert und bereits am zweiten Tag unsere individuellen Vorlieben erkannt und souverän berücksichtigt, was wir als außerordentlich aufmerksam empfunden haben. Sedat schließlich hat uns mit einem Service auf höchstem Niveau betreut – diskret, effizient und stets zuvorkommend.

Neben dem herausragenden Personal überzeugt das Hotel auch durch seine ideale Lage. Der Meerblick ist schlichtweg unbeschreiblich und verleiht dem Aufenthalt eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre. Das Frühstück ließ ebenfalls keine Wünsche offen und rundete das Gesamtbild perfekt ab.

Zusammenfassend lässt sich sagen, dass dieses Hotel nicht nur durch seine Ausstattung und Lage besticht, sondern vor allem durch ein Team, das Gastfreundschaft auf höchstem Niveau lebt. Unser aufrichtiger Dank gilt jedem einzelnen Mitarbeiter – wir kommen mit großer Freude wieder.

Cons:

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in jeder Hinsicht als äußerst gelungen empfunden. Es gab keinerlei Aspekte, die Anlass zur Kritik gegeben hätten – im Gegenteil: Sowohl Service, Sauberkeit, Lage als auch das gesamte Ambiente haben unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Entsprechend fällt es uns schwer, überhaupt einen negativen Punkt zu benennen.
