Incredible views, serene and very welcoming
Pros:

Everything about the property, staff and owners is excellent. An incredibly welcoming place. The breakfast and dinner compete with any high end restaurant. Being asked what we’d want for dinner the day before felt like luxury. The views from the room were incredible and there was so much wildlife to be spotted from the balcony. Special place, we plan to return in the future.

Depuis les bungalows, une vue exceptionnelle
Pros:

L'emplacement des bungalows nous offre une vue exceptionnelle sur le lac Arenal. Le secteur géographique est très calme.
Nous avons été séduits par l'accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire dont la gentillesse et l'attention nous donnent le sentiment d'être des hôtes privilégiés. Le petit déjeuner préparé était copieux et très sain. Nous avons également profité d'un excellent dîner le soir de notre arrivée.

Magnifique spot mais manque de confort dans la chambre

La vue incroyable et la gentillesse de la manager le lendemain matin qui nous a préparé un petit déjeuner avant l’heure

Cons:

Pas de chance Nous sommes arrivés sous des averses le parking était loin de la chambre on a dû marcher dans la gadoue avec nos valises et il n’y avait pas de couette sur le lit! Un simple drap et un petit plaid qui sert de deco. Nous avons eu froid toute la nuit et impossible de nous réchauffer avec une bonne douche chaude car l’eau était tiède !

Vue et petit déjeuner au top.
Pros:

Nous avons passé 2 nuits et c’était super. Les hôtes s’adaptent à notre arrivée, à nos intolérances alimentaires, ils sont vraiment aux petits soins. La vue est magnifique et même s’il pleuvait/ y avait du brouillard, ça changeait tout de se réveiller avec la vue sur le lac. Meme avec du brouillard nous avons un petit couché de soleil et nous pouvons voir à l’horizon.
+ meilleurs petits déjeuner de notre séjour. C’était excellent et fait à la minute. Merci :)

The property feels like a serene retreat where you could read your favorite novel or write one!
Pros:

Outstanding stay! I loved the contemporary architecture, the sleek, tasteful interior design and the breathtaking views. Also, the breakfast ranked as one of my best ever. It was such a treat to stay there and I will return the next time I visit Costa Rica.

Pros:

I proprietari sono stati molto accoglienti, attenti ai dettagli. La struttura è ben curata e ordinata.
La colazione è stata fantastica!

Cons:

La struttura dovrebbe fornire maggiore quantità di sapone per lavarsi e più coperte perché durante la notte fa freddo.

Incredible views and amazing stay at this gorgeous modern boutique hotel
Pros:

This place is a rare find and a total gem with gorgeous views of lake Arenal. The property and rooms are much nicer than the listing photos, and we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived here. The owner is absolutely amazing, the views are unmatched, breakfast is delicious, there's nothing more I could ask for here. Thank you for hosting us.

Glorious vistas outside the scrum of La Fortuna
Pros:

As advertised, the view was fabulous -- an unobstructed panorama of Laguna Arenal and the surrounding hills. The breakfast was wonderful: lots of fresh fruit, eggs any style, fresh juice and coffee. There were several good restaurants within walking distance. And Bastian and Ana were warm, generous, and responsive hosts.

Cons:

If there was one fault with the room, it was that the water in the shower wasn't quite as hot as one might like. But it was fine.

Wir sind sehr herzlich aufgenommen worden und wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und mit viel Individualität zubereitet. Der Ausblick ist sensationell und entspannend. Gerne empfehlen wir die Unterkunft weiter! Für uns war es der perfekte Ausgangspunkt um Aktivitäten zu planen und umzusetzen.

Excelente opción para la mejor vista del Lago, pero falta AC
Pros:

Tiene la mejor vista al Lago Arenal, sin obstrucciones.
Buen acceso al lugar, incluso vi un sedan pequeño llegar a la entrada de lastre.
Estaba limpio y en muy buenas condiciones la habitación.
Hay pocos lugares para salir a comer, pero sí los hay.

Cons:

Creo que la relación calidad-precio no es la mejor tomando en cuenta la ausencia de aire acondicionado, siendo que de 10am a 5pm hace mucho calor y aunque se abran puertas y ventanas no se logra una temperatura agradable. Definitivamente hace falta aire acondicionado para esas horas. Y tomando en cuenta el costo debería estar disponible la opción.
