Very nice stay, great apartment and location.
Pros:

The place is clean, welcoming and fully-furnished. Most of all, staff here is fantasic, always ensuring that i am comfortable. I really enjoy the time staying in this apartment. Thank you so much!

We absolutely loved everything! Room was spacious and clean, staff was so nice and location was just to die for. They knew it was my birthday so they left a birthday cake also a card in our room with lovely birthday message!Thank you so much!

Excellent Location It was comfortable and staffs were very helpful
Pros:

* The apartment is located on a street where you can find everything you need and it’s very close to the beach. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. I appreciate their customer service.

Very good value for money just need to work on cleanliness but not a major issue
Pros:

Very friendly staff, offering free shuttle pick up. It was our anniversary and offered us a room upgrade. Good location

Cons:

The shower rail was broken, there was brown stains on the curtains and a few ants. The fridge was also dirty.

Posizione vicino al mare e in zona con molti ristoranti e locali

Cons:

La Camera doveva aver la vista mare ma la vista era su un cantiere e il mare non si vedeva. Rumori provenienti dal cantiere esterno e dalla discoteca sulla spiaggia

There is No sea view, no view at all. Loud bass heavy music all night until 2am. This is your view

Pros:

Mình ở đây và khá hài lòng. Căn hộ sạch sẽ, gọn gàng, đầy đủ tiện nghi, đúng như hình. Các bạn nhiệt tình, phản hồi nhanh. Khu vực đúng ý mình khi đi du lịch ở Đà Nẵng: Đi lại thuận tiện gần trung tâm, gần biển. Nếu có dịp mình sẽ quay lại.

Quite reasonable for what it is…. however construction over the road starts early,
Pros:

The location is good….i wasn’t expecting too much as it was only a one night stay.
The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, water pressure was strong warm when I checked in, but cold on checkout.
The aircon worked well, but what I liked is there was a fan supplied, for those of us that don’t like sleeping with the aircon on.

Cons:

The room had a kettle, but no cups supplied.
A old TV that you couldn’t even get a local channel on.
It’s in a “party” area so loud music until late, if you go to bed early bring earplugs.
Also through no fault of the hotel there is construction going on over the road and they start before 7am.

Ok, clean and good aircon, but overpriced.
Pros:

Overpriced but ok.

Bed and such was clean and comfortable, no bad smells. Aircon was good.

Highly overpriced though, but that was also because of a festival being in town, but overall a shabby hotel with uncleaned walls, but like I said, bathroom, bed etc were clean and no bad smells.
