The step in the bathroom was a pain in the back, the receptionist was not happy to seeing us, rudely and no motion in her face, i order breakfast and they never pick up the tray, the housekeeper just leave it outside of the door till I told another receptionist when I do my checkout.
Housekeepers take the tip but no really clean, I ask for a clean coffee maker cause the one I have in my room it was very dirty with no change, I got the same one just a little whipped up. Didn’t ruin my vacation but definitely didn’t make it better, get back to the hotel the two nights I booked was unpleasant.
Also, no one in the crew offer help with our baggage in or out the place.
Definitely not recommended at all.

Hôtel assez chic, proche métro.
Pros:

Très belle hôtel avec marbre à l'intérieur. Vous êtes pris en charge dès votre arrivée par le groom qui porte vos valises jusqu'à votre chambre. Chambre très spacieuse, joliment décorée et propre. Seul hic, l'isolation phonique qui pourrait être plus efficace. Jolie piscine chauffée mais qui commence à être petite dès que vous êtes 6 à l'intérieur. Il y a un bain à remous accolé à cette piscine. Situation géographique proche de l'édifice à la Révolution et à 350 mètres du métro "HIDALGO". Resto à l'intérieur (nous n'avons pas testé).

Pros:

The hotel interior is beautiful, no doubt about it. The location is excellent because you can walk to several places. The staff was very friendly at all times, except for one occasion with a young woman who answered my room service call. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I didn't have time to use the pool or try the cocktails at the bar, but the food at the restaurant was good.

Cons:

I didn't like that I paid the same price for two rooms that were not the same at all, one was bigger than the other, I wouldn't have bothered if they had reduced the price for the smaller one. The room was very noisy, everything outside could be heard as if the cars or pedestrians were next to my ears. There were a little cold nights and the blanket wasn't enough and they didn't have heating. In addition, the noise of the pipes every time the bathroom was used and the room above is exaggerated. Finally since I arrived there was a cotonette on the floor between the bureau and the bed, when I left I was still there, which told me that the cleanliness of the rooms is superficial.
