Not bad but not splendid either
Pros:

The staff members were friendly. The pool has warm water and is beautiful. The housekeeping was fine.

Cons:

One of the elevators was under repair, which made it a long time to call the other while many were taking it. The shampoo and body wash seem the same liquid. The breakfast is overpriced.

Buen hotel
Pros:

La ubicación, es muy cerca de la Alameda. Reforma, caminando se puede llegar sin mucho esfuerzo al Zócalo, el personal muy, muy amable. Excelente estadía. Mexico y su gente es maravilloso
