La verdad solo un señor que trae las maletas muy buena persona y muy amable es el único que es realmente amable en el hotel

Cons:

Mienten respecto a las habitaciones que ofrecen por la página por que por ser de booking te dan lo peor la limpieza mala realmente para lo que cobran deja mucho que desear tienen muy abandonado el hotel yo pague más para que me cambiaran de habitación

Estancia cómoda y con buena atención
Pros:

El establecimiento es un hotel tradicional en el que me he hospedado varias veces. Me da gusto que se estén esforzando por mejorar los servicios. Lo mejor del hotel es la muy buena disposición del personal y su amabilidad; también está bien ubicado.
Me cambiaron inmediatamente de habitación por una gotas que se filtraron después de un fuerte aguacero. La señora de la limpieza, excelente. Fue muy amable.

Cons:

Podría mejorar el elevador. Funciona, pero parece sucio. Y no es porque lo esté, sino por manchas que tiene por el uso y porque se nota que tiene ya muchos años. Es un arreglo que tendrán que hacer a futuro, porque entendemos que el hotel está en un proceso de recuperación.
