El personal súper bien. El hotel muy atento. Detallistas. Una estancia estupenda. El sitio es precioso y tuvieron el detalle de traer a la habitación una tarta de cumpleaños. Super bien!!!

Perfecto para familias
Pros:

La ubicación es ideal. Tienes cerca una playa de arena y Ciutadella está a 15 min en coche

Cons:

El desayuno era un poco sencillo, le faltaba un poco de calidad a los productos, pero aceptable.
La insonorización no es super buena, ya que al ser un complejo familiar se escuchaban todos los niños (nosotros también íbamos con peques).

Pros:

Gorgeous apartment. I really appreciated the terraces, one facing the sea and on the complex and swimming pool. Amazing facilities. Less than 5mins walk to the beach

Buen hotel familiar cerca de la playa y Ciutadella.
Pros:

La ubicación perfecta, cerca de la playa den Son Xoriguer y con acceso casi directo al camí de cavalls, además a 15 minutos de Ciutadella. La piscina con entradita tipo playa está muy bien para los niños. Desayuno correcto. Habitación amplia, cómoda.

Cons:

Se notaba que era el primer día de apertura, nuestro pasillo olía un poco a humedad y habia alguna cosita que faltaba. Però pequeños detalles.

La ubicación es perfecta y las instalaciones del hotel están muy bien. Un sitio agradable

Cons:

Me gustaría destacar que con el servicio de media pensión en las cenas las bebidas no están incluidas, consideró que debería proporcionarse agua, desde mi punto de vista es algo básico.
La caja fuerte de la habitación es de pago es la primera vez que nos pasa que nos cobren este servicio con un precio de 3 euros al día, sinceramente me parece un abuso.
