Pros:

Es un lindo hotel, las habitaciones bien decoradas, la cama comoda.

Cons:

Se encuentra al lado sel cocobongo por lo que el ruido es un problema. Lo otro que habia olor a cañerias cuando entrabamos al cuarto. Lo informamos pero no hicieron demasiado al respecto. Tambien se olvidaban de colocarnos agua en el cuarto, siempre habia que pedirla.

Pros:

This hotel is in an excellent location (off Quinta Avenida so not loud but still conveniently located) and the room is very modern, spacious, and well designed with a luxury feel. The rooftop pool was quaint but felt private with great seating and seaside views. Overall was a great value for the quality of the room/cost.

Cons:

There was some noise on the street due to construction ongoing nearby, but this was not too bad. I was also charged an additional fee on check in for "environmental costs" but this was minimal, about $5 USD.

It was alright for 3 nights but i wouldn’t want to stay there for a whole holiday.
Pros:

The location was really nice, right in the center of the city and everything was in walking distance. At the same time it wasn’t too loud and I was able to get a good night of sleep every night! Beds were really comfy too :)

Cons:

The pictures make it look a lot more modern than it actually is. We had bugs in our bathroom, the bedsheets had stains on them, the cupboards were all scratched up and the window was extremely dirty.

Hotel bem localizado. Apesar da proximidade do CocoBongo o barulho não atrapalhou.
Quarto com pé direito alto, cama muito confortável.

O cofre estava com defeito.

I liked the comfortable beds.

Cons:

I was upset that the hotel and booking did not communicate. Hotel tried to charge me double. Also upon checking in there were ants on the counter, on the 3rd floor. Between waiting 30 minutes to check in, the confusion and dispute about paying twice and the fact the hotel has no sign and front is dark and hidden made this a property I would skip.

Pros:

Hotellet är modernt, rummet var rymligt och bekvämt men lite väl mörkt.

Cons:

Bristen på service! Personalens bemötande var bedrövligt! Personalen visade inget intresse att hjälpa mig att återfå den silverring som jag av misstag lämnat kvar på rummet när jag checkade ut. Receptionisten påstod att städerskan inte hittat någon ring trots att jag talade om exakt var jag lagt den. Blev bara ombedd att skriva ner vad som hänt skicka det till hotellets WhatsUp-nummer. Resultat: Inget svar. Efter ett par dagar skrev jag en gång till och bad dem återigen att leta efter min ring. Resultat: inget svar.
Att bo på hotell innebär inte bara läge, standard och pris. Det handlar i hög grad om personalens bemötande och servicevilja, något som Marquee Playa hotel totalt missat!

Correct et bien situé !
Pros:

Bonne proximité avec le centre, sécurité a l’entrée, lit confortable. Chambre spacieuse et douche fermée cool ! Climatiseur fonctionnel.

Cons:

Plutôt bruyant, les équipements ont un peu vécues.
