Pros:

Localização excelente. Muito perto da rodoviária e centro de Santos.

Fiquei de epcionada com o Íbis, desta vez, apesar da bonita aparência do hotel

Do espaço do quarto.

Cons:

Não ofereceu toalhas de rosto, não limpou o quarto diariamente e não trocou as toalhas de banho. Além disso, a mobília estava toda quebrada, mostrando o interior da “madeira” e não havia no quarto um recipiente para lixo, só no banheiro.A água da torneira era ínfima e o chuveiro era muito ruim, esfriando e esquentando durante o banho.

Café da manhã é bom. tem variedade sem exageros. O café coado nem sempre está disponível. às vezes tem que ser solicitado.

Cons:

A iluminação do quarto não é muito confortável. Não há uma iluminação suave em ponto mais distante da cama. E se utilizar a cama para leitura ou trabalho, a iluminação lateral atrapalha e incomoda a vista.
