Cons:

I reached hotel, nut no one was there to entertain, property's main door was open. I kept on calling the number also the number mentioned on maindoor too, but nobody picked the call and nobody came out.
So had to book a last moment hotel or to be exact just a room.

Online booking is horrendous and sickening. You,booking.com guys are making fool out of people.

They did not even let me check in. And asked for more money than what I had booked for. And I did not even receive my refund. The owner was asking if you have booked online you are not gonna get a room and also you will never receive you refund.
