Atendimento na recepção.

Cons:

Manutenção do forro do restaurante não está legal. Reposição de café e de utensílios no café da manhã também precisa melhorar. Frigideira para fazer a Tapioca não está adequada e isso atrasa o serviço.

O hotel é excelente, total confiança, funcionários muito prestativos responderam todas as minhas dúvidas. Café da manhã ótimo, ambiente muito bonito. Quarto ótimo, grande e cama muito confortável, limpeza excelente. Recomendo.

Cons:

O quarto estava limpo e em bom estado, mas vi marcas que podem ser resolvidas com uma boa manutenção, como mofo nos cantos do box do banheiro, portas descascadas, fechadura emperrada, uma tomada frouxa e quebrada.

O elevador é pequeno e um pouco demorado, mas nada que deixe de valer a pena a estadia.

Pros:

Funcionarios solicitos. Perto de shopping e restaurantes, embora não seja possível andar a pe. Quarto silencioso. TV com muitos canais. Cafe da manhã completo e muito gostoso.

Cons:

Infiltração no quarto e mofo no banheiro. Internet muito lenta, praticamente não funciona. Instalações velhas. Embora seja bem localizado, não da pra andar a pe nas redondezas, pq fica numa via expressa sem faixa de pedestre.
