The location was wonderful! Nino was soooo helpful! The room size was very comfortable and bedding and space was super! The view from the room was so good too. Close walking distance to the metro and 15 mins walk to Liberty Square.
The construction on the road made it impossible to access with a taxi but that was not the property’s fault.
The hotel itself is quite nice and in a great location. There’s a park nearby, and you can reach most of the main attractions either by taxi for around €3 or on foot in about an hour. Overall, the hotel was clean, aside from the first day.
The daytime staff were very friendly, and most of the night staff were as well, with the exception of one employee.
We experienced an issue during our stay, but the daytime team apologized sincerely and offered us a complimentary gesture, which we really appreciated.
If you don’t have trouble sleeping and are planning to visit in about six months, I would recommend staying here.
I booked the hotel one day early because we were arriving early in the morning. Since check in wasn’t until the afternoon, I decided to pay for an extra night so we could go straight to our room after an 18 hour journey.
During the night, a staff member from the night shift contacted me and offered a transfer from the train station to the hotel for 90 GEL. The exact same trip cost about ten times less through the Bolt app. I would like to bring this to the hotel’s attention because it felt very inappropriate and misleading for a staff member to make this kind of offer.
When we arrived, we discovered that the bed linens had not been changed. There were hairs on the bed. I asked for clean bedding, but the only response I received was that we would have to wait until 9:00 a.m. when the housekeeping staff arrived. It was only 6:00 a.m. My husband eventually insisted on receiving clean linens so he could change the bed himself. Even then, we were given only a fitted sheet and two pillowcases instead of a complete set. Throughout the entire interaction, the staff member showed no empathy or willingness to help.
I also want to mention the soundproofing. There essentially isn’t any. Starting around 7:00 or 8:00 every morning, you can clearly hear staff members walking through the halls, other guests, and pretty much every noise outside the room. Sleeping in was simply impossible.
Finally, there is currently a major construction project taking place on the main street directly outside the hotel. The noise continues around the clock and is impossible to ignore. Unfortunately, there was no mention of this before our stay.

Large room and bathroom, comfortable bed, clean, nice friendly staff at reception.. Cute balcony with a nice view. Would stay again if ever in Tbilisi

The location is great, close to walk to multiple spots that are must see and must try.
There is a supermarket right under which made it very easy to get anything we needed.
Clean, staff are helpful, let us keep our bags after check-out.

Tv çalışmıyor, wifi çok kötüydü. Devamlı gidip geliyor ve sinyal çok düşüktü. Ayrıca eski bir binanın 4. Katını almışlar ve yerler ahşap, her yere basıldığında rahatsız edici sesler geliyordu. Gece bu sesler yüzünden çok uyandığım oldu.
Location perfect , staff very helpful , esp. one of the reception ladies has the best smile I’ve ever seen , air conditioning superb..
