Cons:

Heating controlled by hotel and with hard flooring the room was cold.
I booked a hotel with a bar and it was shut for the week !
Tea and coffee facilities unusable
Glass bathroom walls removed any privacy when using the bathroom.
Curtains hanging off and had to keep them closed at all times due to close neighbours so no natural light.
Sofa faced bathroom door?!? (60cm away)

Nice boutique hotel in a great location!

We really appreciate the help from the young Frenchman who works nights. He was so kind and helpful. The room was nice, and the location is perfect!

Cons:

Dust on shelves and windows sills.
So petty, but I want to pass it along.

Bell’hotel in posizione perfetta

Hotel centrale ideale x visitare la città,vicino al fiume e a due passi dal lago,inoltre a 5 minuti dalla stazione. Camera e bagno spaziosi dotati di tutto il necessario,aria condizionata funzionante,letto e cuscini comodi,posizione silenziosa,personale cordiale e disponibile. C’è un grande supermercato vicinissimo nella stessa via molto comodo.

Non ho trovato nella descrizione su Booking alcuna info su ipotetica cauzione. Eppure appena arrivato in struttura, nonostante avessimo dato a Booking la carta di credito in garanzia ci hanno chiesto una cauzione di 100 franchi con la carta… dopo 10 minuti abbiamo saldato il soggiorno, ma la cauzione è stata sbloccata solo il giorno in cui siamo partiti. Politiche aziendali… basta saperlo prima

Trevlig personal och prisvärt boende mitt i Genève.
Pros:

Fantastiskt läge nära stationen, centrum och sjön. Mycket trevlig personal. Jättebra service och god stämning. Hit återkommer vi gärna!
