Pros:

Просторная квартира с роскошным видом, у нас был номер на четвертом этаже, и с балкона можно было любоваться великолепными закатами. До ботсада пять минут пешком, до города минут 15 на машине, магазинов полно в соседнем поселке, так что расположение вполне удачное. Сервис отличный, ребята на ресепшн просто огонь, на любые просьбы реагируют мгновенно, отдельно хочется поблагодарить за то, что подкачали нам проколотое колесо и вообще помогли быстро справиться с проблемой.

Cons:

Главное, чего не хватает в этой квартире, это нормальных блэкаут штор. Те розовые тряпочки, которые там висят, от света не защищают совсем, так что с раннего утра в комнате светло, как днем, ни разу не удалось нормально выспаться. Это необходимо исправить.

Our stay was wonderful. The property is perfectly located, close to a beautiful beach and the botanical garden. The apartment was large, spacious and had a lovely terrace. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. There is also a great restaurant with delicious food, a well-equipped gym, and a rooftop pool with an amazing view. We would definitely love to come back here.

Cons:

The only things that could be improved are the lack of curtains on the windows and the lack of basic cleaning supplies. There was no cloth in the apartment and no dishwasher capsules. Since there is also a washing machine, it would be very useful to provide some laundry capsules as well, so guests can actually use it during their stay.

Есть посудомойка и стиральная машина. Обалденный вид с балкона. Классный дизайн комнат. Классная мебель. Номера очень просторные. Персонал отзывчивый. Вкусный ресторан при отеле.

Cons:

Нет привычной для гостиниц уборки номеров. Чтобы заменили полотенца или принесли туалетную бумагу — нужно звонить на ресепшн.

Pros:

Voor Georgië een erg ruim opgezet appartement.

Bij het appartementenblok is in het gebouw ernaast een mooi zwembad aanwezig met een restaurant.

Uitzicht en geluiden van zee

Je moet tekenen voor elke mes en vork die aanwezig is. Getuigd niet van vertrouwen.

Het is een zakelijk ontvangst en verblijf voelde erg anoniem.

Voor de prijst van het appartement is het karig ingericht met faculteiten (bijvoorbeeld geen zeep aanwezig voor de vaat of de kleding was). Toen we het gevraagd hebben, werd het wel verstekt.

Let op: op Google staat een treinstation aangegeven richting Batumi. En ondanks dat er erg veel (passagier en goederen) treinen voorbij rijden, wordt er niet meer op dit station gestopt.

К сожалению, наше пребывание в этом отеле оставило крайне негативное впечатление.

Начну с расположения. Найти отель оказалось настоящей проблемой. Адрес, указанный в Booking, не определяется большинством сервисов такси. Приходится использовать координаты, но даже в этом случае добраться непросто: дороги, ведущие к отелю, отображаются на карте неочевидно, нужный поворот легко пропустить, а затем еще приходится выбирать одну из нескольких развилок. За время проживания мы несколько раз ездили в отель на такси, и каждый раз водителям требовались подробные инструкции, чтобы его найти. Более того, вызвать такси непосредственно к отелю нам не удалось ни разу — водители просто отменяли заказы. В итоге каждый раз приходилось самостоятельно спускаться к основной дороге и только оттуда заказывать машину. Для отдыхающих это крайне неудобно.

Отдельный вопрос — ресепшен. Его очень сложно найти при первом заселении. Нет понятных указателей, приходится искать вход самостоятельно. Дверь ресепшена больше напоминает вход на пожарную лестницу или техническое помещение. Весь процесс заселения выглядит неорганизованным и непрофессиональным.

Когда мы наконец попали в номер, нас ждал еще один неприятный сюрприз — отсутствие воды. За номер на две ночи было заплачено около 345 евро, что для Батуми является довольно высокой ценой. После дороги хочется принять душ и отдохнуть, но воды не было ни в одной из двух ванных комнат. Нам пришлось звонить на ресепшен и выяснять, почему гостей заселяют в номер без водоснабжения.

Также мы попросили вазу для цветов. Нам трижды обещали принести ее «сейчас». Через полчаса после первого обращения мы позвонили повторно, затем еще раз напомнили сотруднику, который пришел проверять проблему с водой. Каждый раз нам говорили, что вазу вот-вот принесут. В итоге ее так никто и не принес. Проблема даже не в отсутствии вазы, а в отношении персонала.

Difficult to find, and questionable customer care.
Pros:

There is a nice cage/restaurant on the property. Great balcony with view to enjoy drinks and a meal without having to commute somewhere else.

Cons:

Finding the property is almost impossible, so I would suggest ensuring that the property send proper directions. Even then, signage is poor and confusing. Good luck getting there, and out again.
Biggest issue is the strong smell of open sewage that came from our bathroom, which fouled the entire apartment even when the bathroom door is closed. This is disgusting, but may have been a problem isolated to the particular apartment we stayed in. Even then, why does this happen at all?
Apartment is poorly and cheaply appointed with none of the comfortable seating shown on the pictures.

Pros:

Шикарные апартаменты в двух шагах от Ботанического сада. Вид с балкона - 10/10. Сами апартаменты очень стильные, уютные, просторные. Есть все необходимое для семейного отдыха: стиралка, плита, утюг итд. Отзывчивый и гостеприимный персонал на ресепшен, оперативно отвечали на все возникающие вопросы по воцапу.
Вкусная еда в ресторане на первом этаже.

Огорчили муравьи в ванной.

Lovely view, nice furniture, great terrasse, quiet, all in good quality, close to botanical garden, easy access if the city by bus,

Only thing missing where basic detergent, dish soap, salt, oil,...

The pan and pot were heabily scratched, this is very unhelathy with teflon, I revomend to get some steel pots
