Great staff but property needs an upgrade from the beds to the spa
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. Well situated to access the spas of the Grand Hotel Bad Ragaz.

Cons:

The beds are not comfortable at all and the spa is not quite as advertised

Respectueux, acceuillant et très agréable.
Pros:

L'acceuil très bien organisé et attentif, le personnel souriant et poli (parlé en français), la chambre était agréable, propre et avec de l'espace, la ventilation des toilettes pouvait s'allumer et s'éteindre avec un interrupteur, et la vue et la tranquilité.

Cons:

Le frigo n'était pas branché et difficile de pouvoir le brancher.
Il faisait un peu trop chaud dans la chambre et pas de possibilité visible de diminuer le chauffage

Die Lage zur Therme ist ideal. In 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreicht man diese.
Ausserdem ist das Essen im Restaurant sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Duschkabine liest sich nicht ganz schließen.

Das Hotel ist eingebettet in den Schlossgarten und offeriert Ticktest für die sehr tolle Therme. Die historischen Räume sind sehr liebevoll gestaltet.

Cons:

Unser Hotelzimmer-Badezimmer bedarf einer dringenden Überholung, ebenso stellte sich der hoteleigene Spabereich schon veraltet und sehr einfach dar. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte eine geringe Auswahl im Verhältnis zu den Übernachtungspreisen.

Wellnesswochenende im authentischen Schloss
Pros:

Der Empfang an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und kompetent.
Die Zimmer im Schloss sind unerwartet geräumig, die Möbel sind authentisch und passend zum alten Schloss.
Das Badezimmer ist geräumig und die Armaturen aktuell.
Alles war schön sauber.
Die Aussicht ist beeindruckend.
Der Wellnessbereich ist schön und sauber, wir hatten sogar 2 Stunden zu zweit.

Cons:

Die Interaktion im Restaurant am ersten Abend war so negativ, dass wir entschieden haben es für den restlichen Aufenthalt zu umgehen.
Es könnten mehr uns aktuellere Steckdosen installiert werden.
Ein Regal oder eine Ablageflöche im Bad wäre schön.
Festere Kissen müssen her.

Hübsches Schloss an toller Lage
Pros:

Geschichtsträchtiges Haus mit Charme. Das Schloss liegt direkt am Golfplatz und nur 5-Gehminuten vom Resort Bad Ragaz entfernt. Nettes Personal und gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Die Kissen waren nicht sehr bequem und da die Betten ebenfalls geschichtsträchtig sind, waren es zwei Einzelbetten, zusammengeschoben mit Holzrahmen im Spalt.
