Sono statu tutti molto cordiali e disponibili. Molto attenti ai bisogni. L'area spa ottima. Abbiamo prenotato due massaggi, la massaggiatrice molto professionale e brava! Ristorante apprezzato e cucina ottima.

We got a very big room with a lovely spacious bathroom. View over the golf course and mountains very nice.

Cons:

Not much to criticise. Perhaps a few more multi sockets made available. Strange that they have a luggage cart which does NOT fit into the elevator. Kind of pointless.

Mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel hat mir sehr gefallen. Empfehlen weiter.
Pros:

Sehr sympathischer Hotel , versteckt unter einem Felsen, paar Minuten zu Fuss vom Thermal Bad. Als Hotelgast kann man ein ganztägiges Eintritt für Tamina Therme bekommen. Wellness & Spa im Schloss Hotel ist klein aber reicht für geniessen. Personal ist immer nett und hilfsbereit. Sicher , wann ich In Bad Ragaz wieder besuche, komme ich ins Schloss Hotel.

Veľké sklamanie
Pros:

Raňajky boli ok. Reštaurácia je prijemná. Pracovnici recepcie boli prijemný a nápomocný. Páčilo sa nám okolie

Cons:

Bohužiaľ, pobyt nezodpovedal cene ani očakávaniam.
Izba pôsobila veľmi zastaralo – nábytok aj koberec je výrazne opotrebované, vzduch zatuchnutý a steny bez akejkoľvek dekorácie či obnovy. Ani jeden obraz ci obrázok nič. Este aj v kláštornej izbe to vyzerá veselšie.
Počas veľkonočných sviatkov chýbala aj minimálna sezónna výzdoba, takisto žiadny bar v izbe.
nevyhovujúce rozmiestnenie zásuviek (pri nočných stolíkoch len jedna, nedá sa používať lampa a nabíjať zariadenia súčasne)
malý televízor s krátkym káblom, ktorý sa nedá umiestniť oproti posteli a preto musíte otáčať hlavu cely čas doprava
balkón bez akéhokoľvek nábytku, takže bol prakticky nevyužiteľný. Matrace vyležane a vankúše ťažké a tvrdé, takže spánok bol veľmi zlý.
Veľká, poškodene umývadlo a obkladačky pri vani. Bidet bol starého typu a jeho používanie bolo nepraktické.
Chýbali základné hygienické doplnky (sprchová čiapka, vatové tyčinky, kozmetické tampóny)
Cena 238 CHF za noc je podľa môjho názoru neprimeraná vzhľadom na stav izby a poskytovaný komfort. Pobyt ma sklamal už pri vstupe do izby a negatívne ovplyvnil celé veľkonočné sviatky.
Toto ubytovanie na základe vlastnej skúsenosti neodporučím nikomu

Karfreitag im Schloss geniessen.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr beindruckend, die wunderbaren Historischen Details und die weite waren wundervoll. Der Garten mit dem See, eingebettet zwischen Wald und Ruhe. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Sprudelbadewannen sind mega, man kann abschalten und geniessen.

Cons:

Die Bilder der Zimmer stimmen nicht mit dem überein was man Bucht, ist ein bisschen wie ein Überraschungsei, aber da haben wir eine tolle Lösung gefunden. Leider hat es im Nacktbereich des Wellness einen Unangenehmen Geruch, wie abgestandenes Wasser.

Cons:

Das Zimmer wurde als modernes Pavillon angepriesen. Das Zimmer und die Möblierung ist aber wohl schon 20 bis 25 Jahre alt. Es war alles sauber aber Teppichboden und Beigebraune Möbel waren eventuell mal modern. Der Preis dafür ist eher stolz aber wohl normal für Bad Ragaz.

Pros:

It was our 5th or 6th time there. Everything is at a good level...Reception, rooms, restaurant, ample free parking spaces, location. We are staying there when going to the Tamina Therme. Hotel has a special arrangement for the usage of the Therme.
