A very big and comforting outside area, enjoyable to walk in. Easy and spacious parking.

Cons:

Photos were quite a false advertisement, in reality the hotel didn't look that amusing. The breakfast truly wasn't great - very little to choose from. Rooms do not have AC.

Gartenpflege hat viel Verbesserung nötig, div. defekte Sonnenliegen mit Verletzungsgefahr, Nacht-Beleuchtung eher mangelhaft oder fehlt ganz!

Belle endroit calme, jolie château et le jardin, personnel de l’hôtel super réactif pour des demandes et gentils,

Cons:

On n’avait la chambre 67, en été il fais trop chaud du mal a dormir et pas reposent ou mieux isoler les chambre ou clim, deux fois on n’a dû aller a l’accueil pour demander papier WC il y en avait plus, le restaurant a peux de plat de la région il y a plus une grande carte pour plat indiens que suisse et la fondue a éviter trop piquent et pas marquer sur la carte qui y a des épice, à la fromagerie de bad ragaz il son les paquet de fondue naturelle,

We have booked 2 rooms in garden pavillon based on the pictures shown in Booking.com.
All pictures show a nice view to the garden, little lake and pool.
We received 2 rooms with no view at all. That was not what we booked for.
We were therefor very disappointed.

Schönes romantisches Hotel mit viel Potential.
Pros:

Frühstück, das Angebot ist ok. Saisonale Früchte haben mir gefehlt. Das Brot war sehr lecker.
Die Lage mit dem alten Baumbestand ist traumhaft.

Cons:

Das Türschloss bei den Zimmern ging sehr streng. Es hatte einige Orte, wo einen kleinen Service benötigten und einen Gärtner der die wunderbare Anlage pflegt.

Stanza caldissima, una delle 2 tapparelle rotta, nessuna protezione alla moltitudine di zanzare presenti. In sintesi: stanza numero 8, notte infernale.

Sehr schöne Anlage
Pros:

Sehr schöne weitläufige Parkanlage mit tollen Baumbestand, grosses sauberes Zimmer und Bad, angenehm kühler Aussenpool, Hunde willkommen. Schöner Aussensitzplatz bei Restaurant / Frühstück. Frühstücksbuffet gut aber nicht sehr viel Auswahl.

Die Bettdecke war für Jahreszeit und Temperaturen viel zu dick, und es gabe keine dünnere Alternative

Cons:

Bei der Ankunft war das Zimmer (Mülleimer im Badezimmer, Spinnweben an der Decke) nicht vollständig gereinigt, der Kühlschrank hat nicht gekühlt sondern geheizt, die Anlage wirkt etwas ungepflegt, Pool Tücher haben wir ebenso wenig gefunden wie einen Ansprechpartner und an den Wellenliegen waren Wellen gebrochen resp. es schauten Nägel/Schrauben aus dem Holz. Das dürfte bei einer sorgfältigen und regelmäßigen Überprüfung nicht vorkommen.

Il ristorante non era male

Cons:

stanza vecchia e la pulizia lascia un po' a desiderare e il tappetto puzzava, non merita assolutamente il prezzo che abbiamo pagato.
Poi c'erano le persiane avvolgibili, quelle a destra erano rotte e non scendevano quindi avevamo il sole in stanza tutto il giorno e all'alba entrava la luce, per due giorni abbiamo dormito malissimo!!!
Doveva essere un weekend di relax......
Abbiamo informato la reception e ci hanno detto che le avrebbero riparate lo stesso giorno. Nessuno è venuto a ripararle e Domenica ci hanno detto che il weekend nessuno poteva venire a ripararle e che erano a conoscenza che le persiane in quella stanza erano rotte...... NO COMMENT
L'ultima volta in cui ci mettiamo piede!

Az étkezés. Kicsit változatosabb reggelit vártunk, illetve a vacsoránál előre kellett volna asztalt foglalni, amiről nem tájékoztattak.
