Very poor and not vakue for money
Pros:

Check-in time was very late and poorly managed. There was no electricity backup, which caused inconvenience. Room cleaning/makeup was not done on the second day. The overall experience, especially on the second day, was very poor and not value for money.

Parking was far from the property,delay in the service of the restaurant,room was not ready at the time of Check -in,we have to wait for one hour for the same,no response from the restaurant regarding the tea and food,I have to goto the restaurant regarding the same.

Seemed like with a very nice location also the staff is totally unsupervised as to how to tend to customers. Also hotel

Cons:

There was a tub inside the room but no chairs to sit on. And first they pestered us to pay before arrival and then started charging every bottle of water.

Stunning Ganga Views & Great Food, but Some Practical Gaps
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel in Haridwar, and the highlight of the experience was truly unbeatable—the Ganga flowing right at the steps of the property. The room views were absolutely beautiful and made the stay memorable.

The food was also very good and satisfying. While the restaurant service was quite slow (we experienced delays of over an hour), the quality of the food made up for it, so it didn’t bother us too much in the end.


Overall, the location and views are exceptional, and the food is a strong point, but some practical improvements in amenities, access, and service would make the stay far more comfortable.

Cons:

There were a few areas where the experience could be improved. The approach lane to the hotel is extremely narrow and often congested, making it difficult to even briefly stop your car to unload luggage.

Despite the stunning views, the room amenities were quite basic. The room was small and had a pillar in between that made the movement more difficult. There were no chairs or luggage bench—just the bed—which made it difficult to fully enjoy the view from the room. A bathtub was present but not very practical in the absence of basic seating. To their credit, the staff did provide chairs when we requested them.

At 7 am, bottled water request was turned away, saying the staff wasn't there, quite surprising, though a staff only delievered RO water.

Additionally, the travel services recommended by the hotel were significantly more expensive compared to regular market rates, which is something guests may want to be mindful of.
