There were a few areas where the experience could be improved. The approach lane to the hotel is extremely narrow and often congested, making it difficult to even briefly stop your car to unload luggage.

Despite the stunning views, the room amenities were quite basic. The room was small and had a pillar in between that made the movement more difficult. There were no chairs or luggage bench—just the bed—which made it difficult to fully enjoy the view from the room. A bathtub was present but not very practical in the absence of basic seating. To their credit, the staff did provide chairs when we requested them.

At 7 am, bottled water request was turned away, saying the staff wasn't there, quite surprising, though a staff only delievered RO water.

Additionally, the travel services recommended by the hotel were significantly more expensive compared to regular market rates, which is something guests may want to be mindful of.

The rooms were untidy, housekeeping disgusting breakfast area, unorganised and untidy

Schlechte Kommunikation mit dem Hotel vor der Anreise, während des Aufenthaltes und bei Abreise. Wir hätten zahlreiche Beispiele für total unübliches und komisches Verhalten. beispielsweise zwei Tage vor Anreise eine WhatsApp Nachricht zu schicken, dass man 30% anzahlen soll, sonst wird das Zimmer sofort storniert. Auf booking steht aber keine Anzahlung und ich zahle auch nicht an irgendeine indische WhatsApp Nummer einfach Geld. Vor dieser Sorte der Kommunikation gab's es viele. Auch permanent im Zimmer anrufen und komische nachfragen stellen (auch morgens um 8:30). Sehr schwach für ein angebliches 5 Sterne hotel und machte das Aufenthaltsgefühl für uns leider schlecht. Beds were also too short for 176cm person

The hotel advertised on booking.comthat there was a gym and spa , w when we were ready to use the gym as advertised we were told that the Jim had been committed into extra rooms and not available.
Very disappointing and false advertisement this facility is a less than 3 ***!!. please update your website especially on booking.com.

The rooms were spacious but could have been cleaner. The cost per night is equivalent to any 4 or 5 star hotel but the facilities provided or the location is not up to the mark.
Price it as a 3 star when your facilities are below par. The pictures show a gym which was not present. The area in which the hotel is situated is extremely substandard.

The property was located around slums
The Ganga water flowing by the property was used for cleaning dishes, clothes, and toilet, household drainage was also opened to Ganga around the property. The pictures are deceptive. The staff is clueless about hospitality, the property is uneven, most of my family members including a child have stumbled and injured due to the uneven walk surface. They have no indicators for such place like mind your step, view the gap, etc. Parking is an issue. Most places are far and require public transport

Everything was wonderful, well the chai could be better, but that is a tiny detail.
