Pros:

Clean good facility , very good location

Cons:

It is very far from Harki Pouri Ghat, local transport by Auto for site seeing, Charges very high. Besides very less help received regarding making transport arrangements for next destination

Better facilities can be availed in half of its rent.
Pros:

Real juice was served saying that it is fresh juice

Cons:

Too much costly as per facilities and location. Bathroom door’s lock was damaged. Window glass damaged. Hot water only a bucket

No one should stay there.
Pros:

Nothing useless marketing staff.

Cons:

Room filled with rats and mosquiotoes.
They told to refund upon complaint. Its almost 6th day no one is answering no2. I hope booking.com intervenes now

A quite Hotel wth 4 star facilities with a private ghat. Recommended
Pros:

The Hotel is in a quite location at Kankhal, Near Daksh Mandir.. About 4 Kms from Har Ki Paudi..It has access to the Ganges and also has a ghat where you can have a dip and perform poojas or Arti.
The rooms are 4 star standard with well maintained facilities and clean linen. The gave me a double with 2 bedrooms.. may be the other single bed rooms were occupied.
The restaurent service was better than expected with very freindly and well informed staff and good selection of menu and a decent breakfast.

Cons:

All was ok except accessbilty as it it a few kms away from main pilgirmage centres and temples.. Autos were easily availbale

Pathetic Stay – Completely Overpriced and Misrepresented
Pros:

There was nothing to like in that property.

Cons:

My stay at Sukoon by the Ganges, Haridwar was extremely disappointing and far below what was advertised or expected for the price being charged.

The rooms are highly overpriced for the facilities and condition being provided. The room had a strong unpleasant smell, visible seepage, and broken/damaged doors. Even the linen provided was torn, which is completely unacceptable for a property charging such rates.

The sitting area was also poorly maintained and had no fans, making it extremely uncomfortable to sit there.

What was even more disappointing was the difference between the photos displayed on booking platforms and the actual condition of the property and room. The photographs give an impression of a much better-maintained property, whereas the actual room and facilities were nowhere close to what was shown. This felt misleading and deceptive when making the booking.

For the amount charged, one expects at least basic cleanliness, proper maintenance, intact linen, functional doors, and adequate ventilation/fans. Unfortunately, even these basic standards were not met.

Overall, this was a pathetic and extremely disappointing experience. The property needs serious improvement in terms of maintenance, cleanliness, hygiene, upkeep and transparency in its online photographs. Based on my experience, I would not recommend staying here, especially at the prices being charged.
