This was not just a hotel stay, it was an experience in itself. Our host Ozaki took time to show us around the room, explain the history and use of beautiful objects in the room, even included gifts for us and our son. The free photo session was amazing, not rushed at all, it surpassed our expectations. The room was of excellent size, beautifully made, quiet, comfortable and very close to several metro lines useful for transport around the city and to the castle, walking distance to Dotonbori, there's a cafe for breakfast just around the corner. Ozaki-san even shared recommendations for restaurants and attractions, tailored to our needs. all in all it was a really lovely stay, thank you!

Tolles Ryokan! Super nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Sie sind deutlich eine Extrameile mehr gegangen, damit wir uns wohlfühlen. Super Tipps und Unterstützung - inkl. Geschenke, Samurai-Fotoshooting und Postkartenservice. Es war sensationell! Wir kommen gern wieder.

En fantastisk skinande pärla bland hotell i Osaka! Så vackert och genomtänkt i minsta detalj. Det som gör vistelsen utmärkt är den omsorgsfulla och vänliga hotellägaren som gjorde sitt yttersta för att vi skulle trivas.

It was beautiful and very clean. The studio was very well equipped even with a washer/ dryer which was super helpful for us. The host and his family are super caring and very kind. They gave us little gitfs, explained Japanese culture, helped us find and book good food spots and even had a photoshoot in kimonos.

Osaki and Kumiku were absolutely lovely. We loved our photo shoot, the room was large and comfortable, and we really appreciated how our hosts went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.

Such an amazing place to stay. The host, Ozaki, is absolutely amazing. He is extremely knowledgeable and friendly - I honestly can’t think of another place we’ve stayed where the host has put such an effort in making sure we were happy with our stay. He sent us recommendations of places and restaurants to go to during our stay in Osaka which was super helpful. The room itself is beautiful and very authentic. It’s also situated very conveniently, with stations, shops, cafes and the Ebisu Bridge all within a short walk.
Couldn’t recommend staying here enough!

De tudo, começando pelo atendimento da família do Sr Osaki que foi impecável. Depois o apto totalmente nos levando ao antigo Japão com seus costumes, a decoração, a limpeza e a dedicação dos anfitriões para conosco.

The location was perfect, the property owners could not be more accommodating or amazing. We travelled with our (almost) two year old son, and the owners had activities, nappies and other supplies ready in the accommodation when we arrived (free of charge). We booked a different room to what we had expected (completely our fault) and they were so receptive and offered to move us to our preferred room without additional charge. They cleaned the new room and had it ready for us within the hour. It is rare to feel completely at home, safe and at ease with people on the other side of the world, but we truly felt this way in this accommodation. Would definitely return if staying in Osaka again in the future.

Nous avons adoré ce ryokan. La chambre était très spacieuse, très bien équipée et confortable. La décoration était top. L’accueil extrêmement chaleureux. Le propriétaire et son personnel étaient adorables et nous ont offert un accueil mémorable. Nous étions au calme malgré la proximité de la route et bien situés pour rejoindre à pieds ou en métro tous les points d’interêt d’Osaka.

Stay here if you are in Osaka. The owner is beyond helpful and kind. He is truly an incredible human. We had a traditional photo shoot wearing kimonos, which was amazing. Would stay again for sure!
