早餐真的如同没有，没有鸡蛋，没有蛋白质。几片面包，所有套路都是为了让你单独购买早餐。没有付费晚餐，离最近的超市要30分钟。没有公共交通。空调不停的流水，整完都睡不着，地毯湿透一股臭味。临走为了不让我评价，给我预定off show，我多次拒绝，并要求用booking收费，但受他们威胁没办法刷了信用卡。最后还额外多收了100。不会再来。这酒店绝对的刷出来的好评

one of the nicest hotels in Tonga
Pros:

room was lovely compared to other places i’ve stayed in tonga. staff was so friendly. lovely view too. i only stayed for one night but would definitely come back.

Cons:

my room was near the stairs and was a bit noisy, i only stayed for one night and didn’t get much sleep because i could hear everything from my room

A lovely stay in a beautiful room with great natural light, especially loved the covered porch.
Pros:

A lovely suite with a great covered balcony looking out to the ocean. Nice to have a fridge and a small kitchenette. The shared dining space is beautiful with views to the gardens. The continental breakfast included in the cost of the room was delicious.

Cons:

Hotel owners would be wise to work on sound proofing the rooms as we could hear the arrival of staff in the morning even though they were quiet.

The hotel is immaculate and the rooms are very clean; the staff are wonderful and welcoming.
Pros:

Fantastic, friendly and helpful staff

Cons:

a bit far from places to dine and no evening dining at the hotel. Would be nice to have a swimming pool.

Pros:

Breakfast was very good. Location was excellent for my needs as the job I was in Tonga to do was only 200 m from the hotel but for some guests it may be a bit far out of town.

Cons:

Everything was of an excellent standard and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The Kongakava is a beautiful hotel, with a friendly staff, in a quite area. Would gladly stay again!
Pros:

The staff were so lovely and the room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The woman at the front desk was very helpful when a friend dropped a bag off for me and she brought it to my room. The restaurant was good and the atmosphere and garden were lovely. The decor is beautiful and it's obvious that a lot of thought went into what they chose. Loved the furniture choices in the room and the bed was very comfortable!

Cons:

There was no shower curtain in the bathroom which meant that the water splashed on the the nearby toilet and the seat got wet (had to dry off before using). They brought me the wrong sandwich for lunch on my second day but I ate it anyway and it was good. I had two different sandwiches while staying there and they were tasty but had too much bread compared to the amount of filling. The tables on the patio don't allow you to really put your legs under the table, so you have to sit a bit sideways while you eat. All very small things compared to what really matters when choosing a place to stay.
