L emplacement de l hôtel, et la propreté des lieux qui est d un grand plus , le personnel très présent et à l écoute

Pros:

Понравилось хорошее расположение (в пешей доступности и набережная, и некоторые рестораны, и гипермаркет), отзывчивый и внимательный персонал, удобства в номере. Завтраки отличные, предполагают шведский стол, даже фрукты есть, что не в каждом отеле встретишь. В номере чисто, а сам номер был довольно большим.

Cons:

Из душевой кабинки плохо уходит вода.
Был не очень приятный инцидент с картой, когда в один из дней не смогли попасть в номер, но сам инцидент был разрешен очень быстро благодаря персоналу.

Мне оооочень понравилось место!
Pros:

Очень комфортное место! Чисто, свежо, отличное расположение! Ещё не раз вернусь в это место! Точнее, если приеду в Баку, то останавливаться буду только здесь!

Cons:

Одно "нарекание", кофемашину на завтрак нужно поставить. Хотя в 2 минутах есть классная кофейня, но я не могу начать этот день без нормального кофе))

Baku hat uns sehr gut gefallen, die Lage des Hotels ist optimal. 10min Fussweg zum Boulevard
Pros:

Während unseres Aufenthaltes hatte ich Geburtstag. Morgens beim Frühstück überraschte mich der Hotelmanager und seine Crew mit einem Kuchen und einem Ständchen. Super nett!
