La camera prenotata non era disponibile, nonostante avessimo prenotato oltre 24 ore prima e fosse arrivata la conferma (pagamento anticipato). Al nostro arrivo, veniamo fatti accomodare in un sudicio ufficio dove addirittura ci viene chiesto di mostrare la prenotazione e la camera. Dopo circa 15 minuti ci viene comunicato che la camera è di proprietà di un "signore anziano", che è difficilmente reperibile. Ci viene proposta un altra camera, che si rivela essere di un costo circa il 25% superiore. Stanchi dopo un volo dalla Cappadocia e circa due ore di spostamento nell'immensa Istanbul, accettiamo e paghiamo in contanti (da polli) quanto richiesto per le tre notti già prenotate visto che ci viene negato un rimborso. Il giorno successivo proponiamo di pagare le due notti e chiediamo nuovamente di poterci spostare. Scendo nel sudicio ufficio, trovando il proprietario che con la scusa di una sigaretta scompare, Il dipendente mi dice che devo parlare con lui che è il boss. Gli stessi appartamenti e camere erano in vendita negli stessi giorni, quindi più volte affittati.

It’s place is scam, do not book it, I have booked in booking.com website paid full amount, I received confirmation but when I went to this place for check in they asked for cash money euro , I said already I paid but they again asked for money, this place is poor people very bad customer service.

I was very disappointed with my stay. They didn't mention which floor the flat was located on, and the flat we received was in a completely different location than what was shown in the photos. There were too many stairs to climb, and when we arrived, the place was in terrible condition.

All the electrical plugs were missing, and the sofa bed smelled of urine. The flat was filthy, covered in dust, and it was clear that it hadn't been cleaned properly before our arrival. They didn't provide us with a clean flat in advance, and I didn't have time to change accommodations or find another place to stay.

We were a group of 5 adults and 2 kids, and it was difficult to manage with such poor conditions. Additionally, the boiler didn't provide enough hot water for a proper bath, and the toilet brush was filthy, covered in waste. This was an incredibly unpleasant experience, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Konaklamamdan son derece hayal kırıklığına uğradım. Hangi katta olduğunu belirtmediler ve bize verilen daire, fotoğraflarda gösterilenden tamamen farklı bir konumdaydı. Çok fazla merdiven vardı ve vardığımızda, yerin durumu çok kötüydü.

Tüm prizler yerinde değildi ve kanepe yatağı idrar kokuyordu. Daire tamamen kirli ve tozla doluydu, açıkça bize gelmeden önce temizlik yapılmamıştı. Önceden temiz bir daire sağlanmamıştı ve yer değiştirme ya da başka bir yer bulma için yeterli zamanım yoktu.

Biz 5 yetişkin ve 2 çocuktuk ve bu koşullarla başa çıkmak çok zordu. Ayrıca, kombi yeterli sıcak su sağlamıyordu ve tuvalet fırçası dışkı ve kirle doluydu. Bu son derece kötü bir deneyimdi ve bu yeri kesinlikle kimseye tavsiye etmem.

It was very small and a dirty apartment. The owner didnt show any hospitality. Please dont book this place. Utterly disappointing

Location location location - you are in the heart of a thriving area, this is my first time in Turkey and it has been a very positive experience.

Location was nice, and more suitable for younger people or people without small kids. The air conditioning was very nice. Which i have felt during my turkey stay that even in good hotels they have adjusted the temperature so that it shows 16 on air condition but actualy its like 23 or 25 degree.
