Great location, amazing staff, clean and tidy - hard beds.
Pros:

The greeting on arrival was excellent. The young lady on reception spoke wonderful English which made the whole precess of check in efficient and seemless. The location is great with a nice little pizza place a few doors down and a short stroll to the waterfront with restauants etc.
The breakfast was typically french with a lot of bread and pastries but was quaint and very good quality.
Overall was very clean and welcoming.

Cons:

The only downside was the bedding and linen. The bed itself was extremely hard and as someone who travels almost weekly, this was one of the hardest beds I have slept on. Also the pillows were not great, it felt like I was sleeping on a a bag of cotton balls. For a relatively new hotel, I was also suprised with the towels which were small and extremely thin. Everything was very neat and clean, just not comfortable.
These may be trivial and small things, but after a long trip or a taxing work day, these things become very important.
In summary, loved the people, loved the location, very clean and tidy - the hotel just falls shorts on comfort. If those things were rectified I would have no hesitation in staying there again given the value for money.

Pros:

La qualite de l’accueil depuis l’inscription en ligne, judqu’a la fin. Tout le personnel etait pret a rendre le sejour le plus agreable posdible. D’une grande disponibilite, gentillesse et profesdionnalsme.

Cons:

La clim ne fonctionnait pas. L’ascenseur egzlement par moments.
