It was warm and in good location

Cons:

I arrived exactly within the time range given to the hotel. Nobody was there. Hotel was opened and nobody worked at the reception. I started to call the number given at booking.com - nobody was answering. After several min I asked passing by person if she knew owner / anybody - she started to call and finally somebody come from the other hotel. I got a key and was left alone. When I entered to the room I realized the room was dirty and not cleaned after previous guests. So I started to call again number at booking. After 45 min I finally entered to the new room, that was semi clean.

La posizione ottima, vicino al centro. Raggiungibile a piedi 300 MT. La colazione ottima e ben assortita

Cons:

La camera non male, materasso comodo, la pulizia sufficiente perché c'era della roba sul balcone di altri ospiti.
La doccia inesistente, assieme alla vasca e l'assenza del secondo telo per il secondo ospite.

Basic accommodation, not the best value

Breakfast and location

Cons:

The three bedroom suite was very basic. The living space only had a small refrigerator, no sink nor silverware or microwave to prepare basic meals or snacks if needed. The suite felt dated, and the third "bedroom" was another living space converted to bedroom: There was no way to turn the lights on or off from inside that room.
Other things were off, like some windows who could only be reached by standing on the "bedroom" desk. The sinks in the bathrooms all missed the drain stopper, apparently on purpose, which was very weird especially because things could fall in and get lost forever (think jewelry or whatever small things you may use over a bathroom sink/mirror).
The hotel itself seemed worn out and deserted, which is not a good feeling. Lastly, having to pay with a bank transfer rather than a major credit or debit card is an absolute first for me, and it may indicate that the hotel is in financial struggle.
