Bel endroit au calme avec personnel attentionné.

Excellent and Wonderful lodge holiday adventure.
Pros:

We really enjoyed the pools at the lodge. My kids swam there the whole day, every day of our stay. The rooms were excellent and very functional. We enjoyed the restaurant food as well. Juan is an amazing chef. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. The owner even took us to the airport on our final day. The staff arranged everything we needed including the boat trips to the island. My kids loved bazaruto island and the lunch was amazing. Telvina outperformed our places we visited whilst we were there including other restaurants we ate at. Telling is excellent place to holiday with family.

Cons:

I didn't like the hot and humid weather. Though it was amazing weather at the same time.

Statevene alla larga! Abbiamo fatto il check in e ci è stato chiesto di pagare subito tramite bancomat quanto dovuto. Poco dopo nella stessa giornata abbiamo avuto un diverbio per una futile questione con il proprietario che ci ha letteralmente cacciati via. A distanza di 2 settimane , ormai tornati a casa, ci è stato fatto un secondo addebito di importo leggermente superiore sulla stessa carta di credito. Da settimane stiamo tentando di risolvere la questione tramite Booking ma non stiamo ricevendo alcuna assistenza degna di tale nome e nonostante tutti i pagamenti siano tracciati e tutta la documentazione sia chiara e completa non stiamo ottenendo alcun rimborso e l’assistenza clienti di Booking si inventa una quantità incredibile di cavilli sempre nuovi per non procedere al rimborso. Un’esperienza terribile ed una truffa vergognosa!

Super nettes Personal ohne Ausnahme in sehr schönem Ambiente
Pros:

Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, und die Chalets liegen in einem sehr schönen Garten mit 2 gepflegten Pools . Es gibt begrenzte Möglichkeiten , sich im Schatten am Pool aufzuhalten . Die Anlage liegt direkt an einer Sandstrasse, 20 m vom türkisblauen Meer entfernt (bei Flut) . Allerdings kann man nicht direkt am Strand zb auf einer Hotelliege liegen. Aber der Blick vom Hotel übers Meer ist gigantisch . Der Ort Vilankulos und das Hotel erscheinen für Touristen sicher. In Geh- Entfernung gibt es beschränkte Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Mit dem TukTuk/Taxi ist alles im Ort gut erreichbar. Tauchschulen holen Ihre Kunden oft mit dem Boot am Strand ab. Die Chalets sind geräumig und können 2 geöffnete Koffer vertragen.

Cons:

Mit Portugiesischen Sprachkenntnissen kommt man hier weiter als mit english, allerdings wird aktiv an einer Verbesserung des englischen gearbeitet. Das Hotel liegt am Strand ist aber kein klassisches Strandhotel. Das Restaurant ist stark portugiesisch lastig und nicht sehr flexibel mit Änderungswünschen. Zum Essen muss man auch etwas Zeit einplanen.

Familiar, relajante y generosos
Pros:

El hotel es muy tranquilo y agradable. Todo muy cuidado hasta el mas minimo detalle...los jardines, la piscina con las 8 habitaciones alrededor, el cuidado y el cariño con el que el personal hace las cosas. Son muy profesionales. Las habitaciones estan muy bien diseñadas, muy bonitas y muy comodas con un baño grande y ducha amplia y un buen lugar para la ropa. El restaurante posiblemente sea el mejor de Vilanculos. Delicatessen.
Por ejemplo, tienen el detalle de poner cada día 2 botellines de agua, que se agradece mucho y que otros alojamientos no hacen.

Cons:

En realidad no hubo nada que no nos gustara. Todo estuvo genial, incluso comparándolo con otro alojamiento en el que estuvimos previamente (4 noches), sin que estuviera mal, el Telvina le superó con creces. Muy, muy recomendable.
