Pros:

Just the location!

Cons:

Extremely disappointing stay.
The apartment was filthy, the bed was severely worn out and caused back pain. No soap or shampoo provided. A strong, unpleasant smell — like burning animal fat — filled the entire building throughout our 3-day stay. No one was at reception; I had to ask local shopkeepers to help me reach the owner to check in.
Absolutely not recommended.

Good enough to stay over one night. Good price.
Pros:

The central location. The fridge in the room. The host was nice and gave us even a kettle. The sheets were clean.

Cons:

The cooker didn't work. It wasn't a very clean place. A bit noisy from the street.
