Our train got several hours late and arrived at 1 am. I contacted the hotel to warn about that, and they told us to look for another accomodation because it's late. Could have just left the key instructions or at least say sorry...
We had to look for another place in the middle of the night.

They need to go long way to be considered good.
Pros:

Room was big and well decorated. Clean. Price was low. Staff were untrained but supportive.

Cons:

Bed linens were not clean, no facilities like food or tea, there were mosquitos, cockroaches inside the room.
