Enjoyable, interesting and fun.
Pros:

Excellent location for exploring Hackney and a real, authentic area, with lots of interesting houses around. Local community shop, Palm deli, near the fountain is great. Lots of healthy food, coffee, fresh juices. Fantastic transport links.

Cons:

A phew extra blankets in room might be nice for anyone travelling light and maybe some toiletries, included in the cost, could be good as we didn't have much room in our overnight bags. However. shops are so near, it wasn't a problem at all.

Disappointing.
Pros:

Personally, there was nothing outstandingly likable about the place, other than the front door. Everything afterwards was a disappointment. If I didn't have to be elsewhere immediately, I would have looked for some other place to stay.

Cons:

Everything! The room was very small and musty. The bedsheet and the clothes rack looked pretty worn. There was renovation ongoing. The accommodation was significantly overpriced for what it was giving.
