Nous avons malheureusement dû changer de logement dès le début de notre séjour, car la salle de bain était une véritable catastrophe. Les toilettes sont directement dans la douche et la salle de bain ne correspond absolument pas aux photos présentées sur Booking. La chambre donnait vraiment l’impression d’être dans une cave.

Le personnel n’a malheureusement pas été très agréable non plus. Lorsque nous essayions d’expliquer nos problèmes, la personne était sur son téléphone et ne semblait pas vraiment à l’écoute. Lorsque j’ai demandé des serviettes supplémentaires, on m’a simplement répondu non.

Concernant l’eau chaude, si vous êtes deux, mieux vaut avoir une douche très rapide : après seulement 4 à 5 minutes, il n’y a plus d’eau.

Las instalaciones estaban bien y la habitación estaba bastante limpia. El desayuno muy rico y muy completo. El personal era muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar. Pedimos una mosquitera y nos la dieron al momento junto a un spray para mosquitos. Además, si lo pides te limpian la habitación.

Cons:

Había algún agujero en las mosquiteras del baño y se colaban mosquitos pero es algo habitual en la zona. Todo lo demás muy bien.

Cons:

Nice resort for a relaxing stay
Pros:

Very nice resort, welcome juice smoothly. Nice location next to the beach and 10min walking to turtle point. Relaxing environment and quiet and the room was perfect. Good AC and hot shower. Lot of options around the area for eat, drink and chill!

Cons:

The pool water wasn’t very clear, the breakfast was okay, and the shower could be improved.

Overall, the stay was manageable, but considering the inconvenient location, very basic facilities and limited service,

We appreciated being welcomed with a fresh young coconut drink, which was a nice touch. Also, whenever we actually asked the staff for something, they were friendly and willing to help.

Cons:

The location is not very convenient, especially if you arrive with luggage. From the harbor, you have to make your way to almost the opposite side of the island, and since there are no cars on Gili Air, getting there with bags can be quite uncomfortable.

The hotel itself feels quite basic and below the standard we expected. The staff could often be seen lying around, and our room was not ready on time. The room itself wasn’t particularly clean or well maintained. There is no door separating the bedroom from the bathroom, the hot water sometimes runs out, and the room has almost no amenities at all — no hairdryer, no drinking water, no minibar, basically nothing apart from soap and toilet paper.

Breakfast was also disappointing: essentially one La Crêperie-style pancake, which felt very limited for a hotel breakfast.

Posizione comoda, zona silenziosa ma vicina a bei locali e al mare. Staff gentilissimo e disponibile, colazione molto buona.

Cons:

Forse unici punti a sfavore sono l’acqua della piscina un po’ sporca, che la rende poco utilizzabile, e tempi d’attesa molto lunghi per la preparazione della colazione. consigliamo di chiederla almeno 1 ora prima rispetto all’orario in cui si programma di uscire di casa, soprattutto se in tanti.

Buen alojamiento en Gili Air
Pros:

La habitación y la terraza están bien, pero el baño no tanto, olía bastante. El alojamiento se ubica al norte de la isla, enfrente de la playa y a 25 minutos andando del puerto. Está bien ubicado para ver el atardecer y cerca de beach clubs. El desayuno está incluido y ofrecen servicio de lavandería.

Cons:

El olor del baño.
