Pros:

I have visited Varanasi many times but I will remember this hotel because their service and room quality is the best. I would personally recommend to everyone that if they come to Varanasi then they should stay at Hotel Golden Petals only.

Pros:

One of the staffs was very rude. He said that your booking is cancelled as you didn’t tell that you are running late. He also said that it is your fault and that you should now make arrangement on your own.
However, floor manager Mr. Dinesh was way more understanding and polite and he ensured that my family got both the rooms.

Nice place to explore Gaths!
Pros:

Great location, walking distance to many main Ghats.
Staff very nice in the restaurant and food was good and planty.

Cons:

Could not open the small window in the bedroom as it is shut permanently. But the AC and ceiling fan were working well so no problem.
