Pros:

Hotel amb molt d’encant, una mica allunyat de la ciutat, però si vas en cotxe, cap problema son 10’ fins al centre i en tot cas t’ofereixen tarjeta per transport gratuit amb la parada del bus davant mateix. Les instal.lacions estàn molt ben cuidades i la atenció de tot el personal es molt atent i professional. Les habitacions son àmplies i còmodes i els jardins que té l’hotel son magnifics per relaxar-se. L’esmorzar es molt bo, complert i de qualitat. Hotel molt recomanable, amb parking gratuit !

La posizione, la tranquillità del posto, la vista, la gentilezza del personale, la comodità del servizio del pullman appena fuori dall'hotel che gratuitamente e in 15 minuti ti porta in centro a Lucerna. Ottima la colazione.

Pros:

It was spacious and clean (perfect for a family of 4). It is right on the Main Street next to the bus stop that takes you all the way to Lucerne in 15 min. Breakfast was very good as well.

A cure for wellness vibe
Pros:

The location is beautiful, with views of the mountains and close to shops, amenities and bus stop. Easy to find with your satnav! The hotel is next to a petting zoo, with goats, bunnies, and Shetland ponies. The food is exceptional, both evening meal and breakfast. We loved the place so much we booked a room for our return journey. Final comment, my wife loved the water that you can drink from the tap!

Very happy with my stay
Pros:

Staff were so helpful. We ate in the restaurant and the food was amazing.

Cons:

No air conditioning but there were fans in the room so it was ok.

I not even stayed,not even unpacked, the pictures have nothing to do with the reality, there is no lift and no person dedicated to help with the luggages, we were 3 girls so the receptionist handled part of the luggages. Was unbelievable to see older people carrying their own luggage on the stairs.
I don’t want to blame all the staff as I only interacted with 2, but the lady from reception was just ignoring us and told us to wait as she was busy when I wanted to speak with her, in the conditions that there was no one else around waiting for her services….was not even interested what was about.
And last thing, the room allocation for a booking done months in advance without having the possibility to pay on choosing your room I don’t know how they allocate it…

I simply don’t understand how is possible this high rate on the platform.

Great family run hotel ..
Pros:

Lovely location with views across the mountains. Good old school family run hotel with high standards and a friendly welcome. Really enjoyed breakfast. Dinner at the Pistache was really quite exceptional..if you stay and can afford it please go!! Not in Lucerne but just outside but they offer guests free bus travel if you want to go and visit.

Cons:

Fairly high price for room and food but In context of being in Switzerland not so much....( everything there seems to be)
