Disgusted
Pros:

We never got in!!! We called when we pulled up to the house no confirmation no code. Hotel.com only wanted to chat and we needed answered from an actual person. The house was absolutely disgusting in a terrible neighborhood and I had my children with me. I have never been so under taken care of with hotels.com in all my years and the chat said we cannot get our money back. Never again.
