The music played through the whole night...that's the only bad thing. Everything in the facility was good

I've like the open space and way it was clean.

How the staff treated us ,it was unfairly because they've explained the rules when we were checking out because they needed me to pay extra R400 just because my friend vomited on the sheets, without me knowing that is their rule ,another thing on email they told me we are supposed to check in 14:00Pm then check out 11:00Am but the day of check out the cleaner came to tell us we have to leave around 10:00 Am like now go i have to clean 😳

I loved it, and I am definitely going back again with my family this time.
Pros:

The location was excellent, The staff was super helpful and generous to an extent of going out of their way to assist us with what we needed that was not part of the package.

Cons:

The stairs🤭🤭🤭. It's quite scary going upstairs especially if you have been drinking adult juice.
