Pros:

The place that we booked...it was clean and everything was great...we liked the lodge

Cons:

The incident that we reported. One of us was held gun point infront of our family members and kids by the pool side! Yet the management to owners failed us...we reported the incident on time and asked them to call the police because what happened was attempted murder. Nothing was done after that. So we asked for our refund n left the place because we did not feel safe anymore

Checking out time
Pros:

It was accommodating, very clean and a nice place to stay at

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that there was no electricity in the morning and the lady cleaner was rude when telling people that the check out time has passed, according to booking. Com checkout time is 10:00 until 11:00 but she was rushing us to come out of the rooms at 10:30,according to me that's bad service the way she was addressing it.

We liked pools, they extended our check out with an hour

The place is not for those looking for privacy and peace, quietness and meditations, it is suitable for those who want to party who want noise. music was loud, the pools are open for public, no privacy outside, no Air-conditioning, bathroom next to kitchen, bathroom room door doesn't close fully

Overall our weekend was the best of the best…Thanks to Lilly Park employees: guard,cleaner and recep
Pros:

The stuff was so friendly from the beginning..we were a group of 8 and all of us had the best time of our lives…everything was there on request…The plan was to be indoor and not go to any activities now the best one was that 4th avenue its a place of leisure itself…we got tags and joined in from Friday till departure…we definitely give it a 100

The structure of the steps to get upstairs needs you sober and able.
