I was in paradise!
Pros:

I’m back In Tbilisi I want to come right back up to Rooms. I was amazed at the beauty of this hotel and the surroundings. From New York City. I’ve never seen a hotel as gorgeous as Rooms. I truly can’t wait to return!

Pros:

Wonderful setting at the top of the hill, with an incredible view. The lobby is beautiful — exactly as pictured. The terrace is generous and there’s plenty of room for guests; it rained for most of our stay so we couldn’t make the most of it, but you can see how good it would be in better weather. The restaurant and bar is great and breakfast is delicious.

Cons:

We had expected a spa in the proper sense, but with children given access it functions more as a swimming pool playground That’s understandable and families will enjoy it, but it isn’t what you’re going for if you’re after a quiet spa. The bathrooms would also benefit from a light renovation, the showers in particular. Minor points, but overall is a beautiful hotel.

Location is amazing with a stunning view on mount Khazbek ! Very nice atmosphere and nice architecture. Restaurant was very good and people were very nice

Fine location, overpriced.
Pros:

The hotel has an amazing view. The breakfast is excellent. The terrace is a delight.

Cons:

The hotel staff were very disorganised. Unresponsive to questions and often completely missing orders.

The dinner menu is disappointing.

The walls of the rooms are very thin as a consequence we had to endure the noise if a fight for a good 20 minutes on our last night making sleep impossible.
