Elegance and luxury with mountain views
Pros:

The best hotel we have ever stayed in! Pure luxury! The view from the room was incredible. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing, so many options of quality tasty food. The restaurant for dinner was incredible. The sauna and heated pool facilities were great. We loved being here in the winter and enjoying the snow. We dream about coming back to Georgia one day to stay here again!

Cons:

No wet / dry separation in the bathroom so the floor gets wet after showering. The room was very hot all the time even when the room heating is off because the whole hotel is heated, aircon to cool only works in the summer months - we fixed this issue by always sleeping with balcony door slightly ajar.
