Pros:

The stay would not have been this good if it weren’t for the receptionist, Anna, who was extremely warm-hearted, smart, and helpful. Basically, she was the only one who was truly helpful whenever you encountered any problems or questions at the hotel (especially as a Chinese guest?). Tbh, except for her, most of the other staff onsite were NOT that satisfying. Anna was one of the main reasons why I rated this experience 9 instead of 7.

Also, I absolutely loved the mountain view. I fell for it the very moment I walked into my room, and so did my dad. We booked two rooms next to each other, which made the stay even more interesting, as we could talk and chill together on our separate balconies. The road got closed during our stay, and the view convinced us to extend it from 2 nights to 3 without hesitation. And we def made the right decision. I had the best time in Georgia in Kazbegi.

I would also like to say thanks to the Hotel Administration Department. They surprised me from the moment of welcoming and throughout the entire stay by listening very carefully to every word I said. They were amazingly thoughtful, sweet, and responsive.

All in all, thanks to Gergeti Mountain, Anna, and the Hotel Administration Department. We had a very good time.

Cons:

1/ I would appreciate it if the staff members could be nicer. ESP the receptionists except for Anna.

2/ For some of the waitresses at the restaurant: when your system got a bug and “says NO”(idk what that means tbh) when guests requested to put the bill on their rooms, please solve the problem WITH A LITTLE BIT SMILE on your face, instead of questioning your guests as if they were thieves. If you just couldn’t smile (let’s say you had a bad day), at least apologize for the misunderstanding after the problem is solved instead of walking away right away. Just be polite. It’s not that hard. We all can do it.

Cons:

El personal que no llega a nivel de hotel de 5 estrellas. Cuando llegamos al hotel, nos dieron una habitación de 2 camas, pedimos una cama grande y nos pedían 600GEL ( 200€ casi) por cambio a otra habitación. Creo que en el hotel de este nivel está petición debe cumplirse sin pagar de más , porque es algo básico. El personal tampoco intentó demasiado de ayudarnos.. no me gustó nada. El personal en desayunos tampoco dio el mejor servicio, es algo que tienen mejorar mucho. Por lo demás estuvo muy bien

The amazing hotel which requires huge improvement in customer service
Pros:

We had a mixed experience at this hotel.
On the positive side, we truly loved the atmosphere and overall style of the hotel — it has a unique charm and character that makes it feel special. The location is absolutely amazing, with a stunning view of Kazbegi that makes the stay unforgettable. Waking up to that scenery was definitely the highlight of our trip.

Cons:

The service did not match the beauty of the place. The staff seemed indifferent to guests, which was disappointing. We experienced poor service in the pool area, lounge zone, and restaurant — it often felt like the team was disengaged and not attentive.
We were also celebrating a birthday and had informed the hotel in advance. Unfortunately, the reception staff was not aware of it upon our arrival, and neither was the restaurant team. It was disappointing to see a lack of communication and attention to such an important detail.
Overall, the hotel has incredible potential because of its atmosphere and location, but the service quality needs significant improvement to match the setting.

Good hotel, friendly staff, but overpriced for the experience.

The view from the hotel is impeccable. Overall beautiful to wake up to and to hangout at the hotel

Cons:

The hotel is a bit overpriced for what you get. The service was good. There should be a bit more variety in the breakfast, it was mostly different kinds of bread and some toppings.
Further the room was quite minimalistic. No TV, just a single chair to sit next to the desk. If you want to eat together with your spouse one has to sit on the larger chair and the other on the chair next to the desk, which makes it a bit less enjoyable.
