Потрясающие завтраки с очень большим вариантом выбора. Есть даже безглютеновый хлеб, что очень выручает при наличии аллергии. Внимание персонала, прекрасный вид, очень вкусная еда по меню (важно, т к не много мест рядом, где можно вкусно поужинать). Даже при большом количестве туристов чувствуется уединение. Спа, бассейн и наличие спорт зала (и все с потрясающим видом на горы!) - отдельное удовольствие.
В номере кресло стоит в неосвещаемом углу, что делает часть номера неиспользуемой. Можно добавить светильник и сделать уголок для чтения!
Огромное спасибо всему персоналу и руководству отеля ! Очень внимательные , клиентоориентированные и доброжелательные ! Безупречные завтраки , чистые номера и шикарные виды ! Мы провели прекрасную неделю в отеле !

Pillows were not comfortable and the air is very dry because of the heating I guess. Would be great if this can be fixed somehow
Our stay in Rooms hotel was relaxing and cool, little snow dropped during our stay which made the scene out of our balcony very majestic, they also have a good hot chocolate downstairs which is the best to have in such weather. 10/10 for the beautiful view.
1. Forrest view isn’t the best, I booked through booking thinking it will be better than city view, however forrest view is just a very close huge mountain with another part of the hotel rooftop which made it like a normal view, I had to upgrade and pay extra to move to the next side which is waaaay better and worth it.
2. Room service could be better, I noticed that they didn’t change the bed sheet, and they took some towels without replacing with a new one’s, also didn’t add new black coffee or tea bags after running out of them
3. The rooms MUST have a renovation as they are very dark with low lights, poor structure and exposed balconies
4. There is not much to do around the hotel, the closest shops were 10 minutes walking downhill but all were closed due to Christmas, almost all activities around are shut down for some reason the only trip we did was to the monastery uphill and it was worth it, also note that after the sunset the city becomes empty and some street lights aren’t working so it becomes very dark (still safe tho,saw a lot of police cars going around)
