Очень приятный персонал. Засели раньше, напоили перед заселением чаем с пирогом, все были очень внимательны и приветливы. Отличное местоположение. Вкусный турецкий завтрак

Cons:

Хотелось бы больше света в комнате, его не хватает. И по сравнению с фотографиями номер, конечно, уже подустал. В душе сломан переключатель. Потолок в номере в разводах. Не открываются окна.

Pros:

Tout était parfait. Déjà avant d'arriver, nous avons été contacté pour un soucis suite aux inondations. Ils ont été proactifs et professionnels.
Sur place, outre le fait que l'hôtel est bien situé, TOUS dans cet hôtel sont d'une gentillesse extrême avec de multiples attentions.
On recommande à 100%

Nice and cosy place like a grandmother stay.
Pros:

Amazing hotel with very hospitable hosts. My room was huge for the price. A big plus the hotel is located in relatively quiet place far from bars. Lounge area is cosy with tasty free tea. A kind host even gave me a cake! Really appreciated!

Pros:

The bathroom looked new and nice. The staff were very kind and immediately offered a refund when they saw the mold on the ceiling. The location was perfect — just a few minutes straight from Hadrian's Gate, right in the middle of the old town, yet easy to find because you simply walk straight from the gate.

Cons:

The room (the one with two bedrooms) is located under the roof, and it was just awful. There was a lot of mold, it was very damp, and very uncomfortable. One of the bedrooms had a huge patch of mold on the ceiling; in another, there was water on the floor leaking from the wall. It was absolutely not suitable for living. There was also water on the kitchen floor under the sink. I hope it’s better when it doesn’t rain, but I would never book it in winter.

Прекрасное расположение в старом городе в двух шагах от моря. Персонал просто замечательный, очень отзывчивый и дружелюбный!
Номера чистые и уютные, хорошо работает кондиционер, скорости интернета в номере хватало даже для онлайн-конференций.
Лучшее соотношение цена-качество.

الفندق ملموم وحنون ودافيء فالشتاء، يقدمون شاهي وقهوه فاللوبي والفطور لذيذ وكل شي فرش. الموقع اسطوري ويهتمون بالقطط اللي عندهم جدا🤍.

ما توقعت امر بتجربه زي كذا بفندق. المانجر فندا تعاملها لطيف جدا هي فعلا روحها طيبه والطاقم اللي معاها متعاونين ولطيفين الابتسامه ما تفارق وجيههم.
