Cons:

Given an “upgrade” but showed up and it was a tiny unclean room in a different building to what we booked. We booked a big apartment. They said we couldn’t go to the apartment we booked as there was issues there. We were told we could check in at 2 but when we got there at 1:57 we had to wait the three minutes. When we got to the room we had a knock on the door to say we could leave luggage there but we had to leave until it turned 3pm. Absolutely horrible place. Mattress was as hard as sleeping on the floor. We decided to leave and ended up not stopping there.

Horrible, not what is listed in the photos, offensive and rude host.

It is close to the airport, nothing else

Cons:

We arrived to find it was nothing like the images provided on the listing. It is in a dilapidated building and what seems like a pretty sketchy area. We realised the door for the bathroom didn’t work. We messaged the host who simply replied saying it was upstairs. After a while someone came and insisted the door worked only to try it themselves and then offer that we could cancel.

The lady who spoke to us was fine but not helpful. The man who was messaging us was just outright rude and offensive. At one point he messaged again just to say “get out of the apartment” which we were more than happy to do. Booked into another hotel nearby which was a relief.

Würde ich nie mehr buchen, auch nicht nur zum schlafen wie in unserem Fall, bevor die Wohnung nicht renoviert wird

Die Nähe zum Flughfen ist sehr gut.
Die Ausstattung und das Design des Appartments wäre gut, jedoch sehr in die Jahre gekommen.
Die Reaktionszeit per WhatsApp war sehr gut und das Feedback wurde bereits platziert

Cons:

Die ganze Nacht geht in einem Rhytmus eine Wasserpumpe an, die einen extremen Lärm macht. Extremer Gestank im Bad.
Es gibt keinen Vorhang, dadurch ist es sehr hell im Zimmer.
Bett steht direkt unter der Klimaanlage und hatte keine richtige Decke. Die die vorhanden war hatte uns geekelt.
Leintuch war beschädigt und dreckig.
Nachdem das Warmwasser eingeschaltet wurde bekam man einen elektrischen Schlag, Sicherung direkt in der Dusche (Lebensgefahr).

Nicht geeignet wenn man Cebu City besuchen will.

Pros:

Close to the airport.

Cons:

Its a bit strange complex of flats, some are empty and ruined in the building.
I moved to Amani with the same host, it was much better and the pool was working there.
