Fantastic location with luxury accommodation.
Pros:

Absolutely fantastic view from our room. Very large balcony/terrace, with two comfortable outside chairs. Room very modern and large. Excellent condition. We used the kitchenette frequently during our 4 night stay. Large supermarket at the marina, only 5mins drive. No table inside, but we used the chairs & small table on the terrace to enjoy the view. Very helpful staff on site. Only 7minutes drive to Kas old town.

Cons:

As mentioned by others, the final very steep section of driveway is daunting to drive up and down at first. But you get used to it. We loved the location because it was so high and away from everyone. Hot water takes a little while to come out of taps, but then it is hot enough with enough volume. They have a washing machine on site, but no dryer. They do provide a clothes horse on your terrace to dry you clothes or towels. There was nothing really to complain about.

Aktuell kein Pool Saison obwohl es warm war und in bei der Buchung nichts stand mit "das man nicht ins Pool darf "
Und Frühstück gab es leider nicht.sonst wäre alles perfekt gewesen.Wenigstens das mit Pool ..

отель находится далеко от моря и высоко в горах , без своего автомобиля , лучше не бронировать ! На такси получилось дорого

Pros:

The view was really good.

Cons:

Room had no hot water (it was too cold to shower), the staff knew but did not inform us prior to our arrival. We had to switch to a different hotel for the second night. Refund process also took an unnecessarily long time. The road condition going up to the hotel was slightly tricky (last section was unpaved).

Pros:

Vue magnifique, logement neuf, on nous a préparé chaque matin un petit déjeuné, 10mn de Kas en voiture, nous n’avons pas testé la piscine (novembre)

Cons:

L’access final de l’hôtel un peu compliqué (côté très raide) mais cela nous a pas posé de problème.

Pros:

Amazing place! It was a privilege to spend time there, it’s really calm and peaceful, and of course the view is absolutely beautiful. Huge respect to the staff — they were nice, friendly and attentive to every request. Definitely on of the best highlights from our trip to Kas, so yep, highly recommend!

Pros:

Le personnel était hyper adorable !! Et la vue depuis l'appartement INCROYABLE ! Les lits étaient très confortable et possibilité de laver son linge ce qui est un vrai + quand on voyage longtemps !

Cons:

Pas vraiment un point négatif car on se débrouillait très bien mais le personnel parle très peu anglais voir pas du tout. Et petit conseil éventuellement rajouter une poêle dans la cuisine en + de la casserole serait parfait !

Wer einen ruhigen entspannten Urlaub mit traumhafter Aussicht in einer nagelneuen, modern ausgestatteten Unterkunft mit herrlichem

sucht, ist hier genau richtig! Ein Auto ist für diese Unterkunft jedoch notwendig.
Das Pärchen, das die Unterkunft verwaltet, ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. Leider sind die Englischkenntnisse sehr begrenzt, was eine längere Unterhaltung leider erschwert.

Cons:

Die letzten 100 m der Auffahrt zum Hotel sind sehr steil und waghalsig, jedoch schaffbar.
