Was very hot. They said the government say they have to close air condition, but when we went to another hotel the air condition was working!!
And the floors were very old around the edges.

Hotel facilities needs improvement. We can’t expect this level of service for Five Star property
Pros:

Good in house Persian restaurant, staffs were courteous.

Cons:

AC was not working making stay very difficult, was asked to open windows - surroundings were quite noisy.
Upon informing this issue which did not allow us to sleep, they changed the room with family room with AC and realized the door lock was not working. Felt unsafe and not a convenient stay at all.
