Pros:

Everything was great.They show us the best hospitality. Special thanks for cleanliness in the rooms. We are glad to the all receptionist, specially Elene, who knows Russian perfectly and made our stay more comfortable. Mr Parham, who was very helpful during stay and Mr. Zao, the manager of the desk was full of responsibility.

My husband and I visited Georgia for the first time in December 2025, and we chose to stay at the Golden Palace Hotel in Tbilisi. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and at home.
Special thanks to Zao and Parham, who were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional. They warmly welcomed us, offered great recommendations for places to see and things to do in the city, and even went out of their way to assist with transportation arrangements to Gudauri, where we spent a wonderful week skiing.
The hotel staff truly went above and beyond to accommodate us, and their genuine hospitality made our trip even more memorable. We highly recommend the Golden Palace Hotel to anyone visiting Tbilisi – we will definitely stay here again and will be recommending it to all our friends and family!
