Es la segunda vez que me hospedo ahí desafortunadamente la primera vez no me fue muy bien quise darle una segunda oportunidad al alojamiento pero comprobé que es pésimo su servicio sus instalaciones viejas no había agua la cama dañaba a si como sus sillas de igual manera la dueña pésima actitud, iba con mi familia y desafortunadamente se quedaron con un mal sabor de boca del lugar nos dieron una habitación con muebles dañados ya viejos nos cambiaron a otra habitación donde no había agua tuvimos que ir en varias ocaciones a pedir que por favor nos dieran agua para bañarnos su opción fue darme una cubeta para bañarme teniendo habitaciones disponibles la dueña no nos quiso cambiar a otra habitación eran las 5 de la mañana y no había agua ni para entrar al baño una necesidad básica no me estaban regalando la estancia creo que si se ponen a ofrecer un servicio lo mínimo que espera uno es tener las comodidades básicas ya que lo que cobran no es nada barato y sobretodo la actitud y la cero empatía por parte de la duela del lugar
No volvería a hospedarme ahí ni tampoco lo recomiendo

Gute Lage, Zimmer ist ruhig, sauber, funktional. Hat alles was man braucht und einen schönen Garten mit Pool.

Cons:

Das einzige was uns gestört hat, war die Tatsache, dass man nach 24Uhr nicht mehr in sein Zimmer kommt, da die Reception dann schliesst und das Haupttor dann geschlossen ist. Gibt einem das Gefühl, man sei wieder ein Teenage dem gesagt wird, wann man nach hase kommen muss.

Pros:

L'hotel que nous avons préféré durant notre séjour au Yucatane. Chambre avec un petit extérieur. Prêt de vélo et belle piscine avec transat et chaises. Café et thé à disposition. Personnel adorable et serviable. Proche de tout à pied.

Cons:

Le manque de rangement dans la chambre. Les bruits extérieurs à l'hôtel chiens, circulation...

Pros:

The room is excellent value for money (2 comfortable beds, nice bedsheets, soap and shampoo provided). What really made a diffrence is the garden with the pool, jacuzzi, palm trees and swining chairs - and the lovely staff.

Petit hôtel familial. Hôtes très sympathiques. Très jolis extérieurs dont la piscine. Des tables et des chaises pour l apéro au bord de la piscine. Emplacement parfait pour accéder à la lagune ou au centre de Bacalar ou au Mercado. Possibilité de rentrer le véhicule, un vrai plus. Vélos gratuits à disposition très pratiques pour aller voir le lever du soleil.

Cons:

Chambre rudimentaire peut être un peu petite pour 4 personnes avec les 4 valises mais on s est adapté !
