Le fait que nous soyons accueillis « comme à la maison ». Il y a un frigo partagé qui permet de boire des boissons fraîches à l’heure de l’ apéros devant la chambre ou autour de la piscine.
La piscine est bienvenue. L’ambiance y est familiale.
Il est possible de garer sa voiture à l’intérieur à l’ombre.
Les chambres sont très standards, mais franchement c’est largement correct ! Dans tous les cas on ne passe pas beaucoup de temps dans la chambre à bacalar , et chez Henry.

Netjes de poort openen voor vertrek bij een hele vroege ochtend tour (05:15 uur)
Goede airco.
Hygiëne niet top.
Zeker de badkamer was langdurig niet écht goed schoon gemaakt.
Dat zie je op den duur terug in de hoeken etc..
Wat het geen frisse uitstraling geeft.
Alles wat gedateerd, dat helpt dan ook niet mee.
(Douchegordijn, wc + bril etc..)

Todo está muy bien. La habitación tiene un buen tamaño, hay una fabulosa colección de palmeras en el área del alberca, ya de por si muy limpio y en las mejores condiciones. La ubicación es excelente. Prestamo de bicicletas. Ofrecen café y galletas. Muy buena elección.

Ideal para los que llevan mascotas, las tratan súper bien, no recuerdo el nombre de una sra mayor de edad, ella nos recibió y es muy amable con todos
Que no hay minibar dentro de la habitación
La ubicacion excelente, el chavo de la recepcion muy amable y trato de ayudarnos siempre
Hubo problemas con el aire acondicionado y la ducha quiere algunos arreglos

Todo muy bien, muy cerca del centro y de la laguna, muy amables los del hotel, un lugar relajado, tranquilo, cómodo, es como si estuvieras en casa, siempre hay cafecito, galletitas, agua, no es hotel 5 estrellas pero si vale la pena estar ahí hospedado.😀😀😀👍🏼

Las camas son muy duras y solo te ponen 2 toallas cuando reservas de 4
El hotel está muy lindo, te prestan bicicletas para usarlas durante el día, además en la recepción te podes preparar café en cualquier momento.
El personal es muy amable, sobre todo Julián fue muy amable toda nuestra estadía.
Volvería sin dudar
La piscine, les vélos à disposition, la proximité avec le centre on peut tout faire à pied, le personnel très gentil.
