Worst experience I have .key point mentioned below
1- on reception they asked double bed room is not available and told me we have only room which has two single bed but I booked double bed room.
2- they asked me the marriage certificate even my daughter with me along with my wife. Luckily I have
Marriage certificate in mail so I provided .
3-Room is not good lots of cockroach.
4-mattress is in very bad condition ideally it should not be cotton mattress.
5- TV is in working condition
6-there is no hot water to take bath

Overall my experience is horrible I think all of reviews is fake/paid.

Pros:

Nice n delicious breakfast. Veg hotel food also very yummy. location wise hotel is very good n crowded. Good Parking space.

Pros:

Staff is good, polite, understanding and cooperative. Hotel location is nice close to Mumbai Naka bus depot. Food is tasty and they have a lot of variety at a reasonable cost, also having laundry service. Overall a very good experience with family.

4/5 stars for me.

Cons:

Just a couple of points to note
1. Being near the main road the place is at times noicy and the balcony is facing another building so not exactly a city view.
2. The sofa in 204 was shaky.
