Loved it!
Pros:

Auf unserer Rundreise war das PEAK Elite Hotel ein kurzfristiger Glücksgriff. Wir haben zwei Deluxe Zweibettzimmer gebucht und zwei schöne, Super große Zimmer erhalten. Alles war sauber, das Zimmer, wie auch das Hotel wirkten auf uns liebevoll eingerichtet und gestaltet. Die Frühstücksauswahl hätte vielleicht größer gewesen sein können, aber auch hier: Alles was die Küche verlassen, war frisch zubereitet und liebevoll angerichtet.
Da wir sehr früh bereits angereist sind, konnten wir bereits am ersten Tag Frühstücken (gegen extra Bezahlung) und uns bereits für unsere weitere Planung am Pool vergnügen. Bei frühen Aktivitäten (z.B. zum Sonnenaufgang nach Ankor Wat) bekommt man ein ausreichendes Lunchpaket.
Wir kamen uns bei dem auf uns sehr jung wirkenden Team zu keinem einzigen Zeitpunkt lästig vor. Alle waren stets freundlich, höflich und hilfsbereit. Das waren die drei Besten Nächte während unserer 4 wöchigen Rundreise.

Cons:

Eigentlich gab es nichts wirklich erwähnenswertes. Der Abfluss in der Dusche sollte regelmäßig gereinigt werden, sonst wird es in Zukunft ein Problem und die Klimaanlage ist für das Zimmer mit den zwei Räumen zu klein dimensioniert (es reicht aber für den Schlafbereich, wenn man nicht erwartet das hier in kürze auf 20°C heruntergekühlt werden soll).

Расположение на тихой улице, при этом не далеко от туристического центра. Чистый бассейн. Ухоженный сад. Аутентичный интерьер. Отдельная благодарность персоналу за помощь с оплатой такси.

В зоне ванной и душевой не хватает крючков для халатов и полотенец.

Very good value of the hotel.

The location of the hotel is good, you can walk to the center and you are away from the loud area.

Cons:

Our room was on the side of the street and was a bit loud, but the staff offered to change the room, once they had one available.

Hôtel agréable mais trop excentré
Pros:

Grande chambre agréable, presque une suite. Lit confortable. Personnel souriant, attentionné, poli et policé.

Cons:

Hôtel excentré et qui ne permet donc pas de sortir se promener en ville à pied. On est obligé d' avoir recours au tuk-tuk à l' aller et au retour. Pas évident en raison de la pollution urbaine permanente dans des villes comme Siem Reap et a fortiori Phnom Penh.

Un séjour mémorable
Pros:

Un séjour magnifique! J’espère un jour avoir l’occasion de revenir , les personnes de l’hôtel sont incroyablement attentionné, sympathiques , l’emplacement est superbe dans la ville mais au calme , les chambres sont spacieuse il y a tous ce dont nous avons besoin .

Pros:

Very helpful and friendly staff. Beautiful room, spacious bathroom and balcony, good cleaning. The area is quite central with a lot of bars and shops nearby. We also used the recommended tuktuk from the hotel and were glad with the service.

Porque espera? Beleza, charme e tranquilidade tudo num só lugar.
Pros:

Este hotel é incrível! E merece as 4 estrelas pois é luxuoso, lindo, bem decorado, confortável e com grandes varandas com vista para um corredor de jardim verde e que convida à paz espiritual, tem uma piscina maravilhosa e muito limpa (embora demasiado fria), a comida não é má pois jantámos e lanchámos e os funcionários são mesmo muito acessíveis e simpáticos.
Os quartos são espaçosos, bonitos, tem um bom duche e quentinho, oferecem itens como pastas de dentes e escovas, champô e gel de banho, cotonetes e o colchão é confortável. Também lavámos a roupa e deram-nas de um dia para o outro extremamente bem embalada, o valor um pouco alto, mas é normal por ser a taxa de hotel e não termos que ir nos para a lavandaria ter esse trabalho.
Não reservámos com pequeno-almoço porque tínhamos excursões muito cedo, por isso não podemos avaliar, mas usámos um serviço de transfer de pick up no aeroporto e correu bem.
