A place to stay again
Pros:

The hotel staff's welcome, attention, and friendly demeanor were wonderful. I was especially pleased with Ms. Aylin's attentiveness and the complimentary coffee. If I ever come back to Istanbul, I will definitely stay here again.

Pros:

Mir hat besonders der Standort gefallen, da man von dort aus überall gut hinkommen konnte. Auch die Lage insgesamt, das freundliche Personal und vor allem das Frühstück haben mir sehr gut gefallen

Cons:

Der WC-Bereich hat mir leider nicht gefallen, ansonsten war alles in Ordnung.

Κατώτερη των προσδοκιών μας
Cons:

Πολύ φτωχό πρωινο (οχι μπουφές), σε κάτι μικρά πιατάκια με αλειμματα και τυρακια, λίγο ψωμί και ατομικές συσκευασίες με βουτυρο και μέλι. Ομελέτα ή 2 τηγανητά αυγά με ένα μικρό λουκανικακι μέσα στο πιάτο. Η ρεσεψιόν είναι ο ίδιος χώρος με το πρωινό σαν να μπαίνεις σε ένα μικρό καφενείο. Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται στο τέρμα της απότομης κατηφορας του Γαλατά, αλλά είναι πολύ κοντά στη γέφυρα του Βοσπόρου και σε τραμ. Το δωμάτιο ήταν εξαιρετικά μικρό, το κρεβάτι δεν ειχε στρώμα αλλά μόνο ένα ανώστρωμα δέκα πόντων, η καθαριότητα πολύ μέτρια, το σαμπουάν και το αφρόλουτρο δεν έκαναν αφρό και το σαμπουάν βρωμαγε. Το νερό είχε πρόβλημα με την πίεση και λειτουργούσε με πιεστικό μηχάνημα με αποτέλεσμα να μην έχει σταθερή πίεση και η θερμοκρασία του νερού να μεταβάλλεται απότομα. Όσο για την Θέρμανση στο δωμάτιο ενώ αναψαμε τον κλιματισμό, δεν καταφέραμε δύο μέρες να ζεσταθουμε.

Perfect!
Pros:

The hotel's location is excellent. It's a very clean, stylish hotel. Everyone was attentive and friendly. They've also modernized a historic building. It's very close to all the must-see attractions in Istanbul. We walked everywhere and explored without the hassle of taxis or public transportation.

An excellent location with a confortable room

Cons:

The shower's heater malfunctioned, and it took two days for them to offer us a solution, before they sent us to a different room. The breakfast was advertised as a buffet. Instead, for a week we had the same Turkish traditional breakfast; simple, not bad, but repetitive and not what was expected.

Slechtste hotel waar ik ooit in ben geweest.

Cons:

Overal schimmel, kleine kamers, 2keer geen elektriciteit gehad, in de morgend vroeg geen warm water, badkamer hellemaal vies, je moet een café binnen komen vooraleer je in het hotel zit.
