Pros:

O checkin foi facilitado e flexível. Após o checkin a localização é ótima, próxima a estação de Tram, pier, ponte e torre de galata, no entanto para comer esta região é um pouco mais cara que hotéis próximos a Taksim, e concentra muito nos restaurantes que oferecem pão/wrap com peixe. Em algumas ruas mais escondidas tem bares bem animados. Um ponto negativo é o acesso do aeroporto, o ônibus para na praça Taksim e usar outros meios de transporte precisa fazer algumas conexões. Se torna um pouco difícil de achar a estação do funicular, e dependendo do horário já não está funcionando. ir da Taksim a pé até o hotel é um tanto difícil, pois com malas andar nas ruas próximas a torre que são ladeiras ingrimes, não é fácil. Ir de táxi, prepare o bolso, e a paciência em conseguir alguém disponível.
O quarto era espaçoso, e confortável (o chuveiro apesar de diferente era excelente, bem quente e com muita água) porém a vista para o beco dos gatos era feia.
O café da manhã é gostoso, com opções bem locais, porém sem alterações de um dia para o outro, servido tarde por volta de 8h30 e modo "a la carte", não buffet, o que acaba se tornando um pouco lento o atendimento e não deixa tão confortável para repetir.

I overall liked the location, staff service level was excellent, especially Mr Hussain was super friendly, professional, helpful - he used to handle receiption, serving breakfast, managing coffee shop for internal and external customers alone. mtr Husaain really helped me to arrange our airport transfer with care and took care of our luggage - stored and put them in Van to airport. superv service oriented guy

Terrible sound insulation, it's impossible to sleep until 3 a.m., because the crowd is screaming under the windows and you can hear everything as if they're in your room, a very tired and dirty room

Расположение отличное, но номер просторный

Cons:

Бронировали гостиницу специально с завтраком, тк предтоял день в пути. Но им не смогли воспользоваться, тк начинался он в 8.30, выезд из гостиницы также был в 8.30. На впечатьпние от гостиницы это не повлияло. Впредь также здесь буду останавливаться
