Часто бываю в Баку в командировках и в своем районе это наверно лучший отель в отношении цена-качество. За свою цену имеет зал, сауну, отличный персонал и хороши сервис. Завтраки разнообразные, номера хорошие.

Cons:

Единственный минус это то, что он немного староват.

Seams like I've got the promotion from standart room to appartment room.

Cons:

The only one thing I have asked during booking was a room with good wi-fi. And guess what - no wifi in the room, only in one corner, very week signal. Staff promissed to fix, but nothing happend.
Special surprise is paper wall in this hotel, you going to here everything - your neighbours talking and alarm on the phone, etc. I was impressed that all the music and happiness from hotel restaurant on 2nd floor, you are able to here so well on 5th floor, you even can dance.
All facilities are old, I have problem with shower sink. Took 2 days from hotel staff to fix it.
I'm usually trust the rating of the hotels on the booking, and it always comply with reality more or less. But for this hotel I really have doubts who are all those people who gave to it high score.
Disaster. I'm not coming back.

Disappointed and very sad in general. But real stay when I actually did it was nice.
Pros:

When i really booked it for 1 night for new year, not to be stuck in the city in the middle of the night it was okey. As i just needed to sleep for few hours. As i was working for azal and have place to live normally. So hotel in general Is good condition and receptionist was nice that night.

Cons:

I didnt like the way they talked with me after my stay, when somehow they accused me of ordering 3-4 rooms for 7 people which I never booked! And i been alone in Baku. On 3-4 of January. In that time I was already in my country and left Baku. So how and why I would book these rooms if im not even in the country. They tried to charge my card for around 137 euros for each rooms. I didnt asked anything just to be understanding about this situation and not to try to charge me this huge amount of money. I didnt even realised it unlit on 9-th of January when they tried to charge me. So I dont know what happened but i would love to have more empathy and understanding from hotel management and the staff.

Отель отвратителен: 1.при бронировании запросила раннее заселение, отель прислал согласие. При заселении попросили доплату 100 манат, ок, заплатили, в 7 утра нет сил спорить. Позже узнали, что отель ПУСТОЙ! Никого нет, просить доплату при пустом отеле, ну такое себе.
2. После целого дня на улице вернулись в 20.00, спустились в спа - джакузи без воды, хамам не работает, сауна выключена. Это как? Утром при заселении обещали спа до 22.00. В спа накурено и грязно, находиться неприятно. На второй день спустились, а там вечеринка у сотрудников отеля, девушка на ресепшен сидела в полотенце, пахло алкоголем, мы не пошли 🤦🏻‍♀️
3. На третий день проснулись, а в номере нет воды. Вообще никакой, ни в душе, ни в туалете. Т.е. проснулись, и ни зубы не почистить, ни, простите, в туалет сходить. Спустились на ресепшен - 0 реакции, даже не извинились. Зато потребовали доплату 4$ за повышение категории номера! Пришлось учинить скандал и сказать, что в случае, когда не работает спа и нет воды, это отель должен возвращать деньги, а не я доплачивать! Но реакции опять же не поступило, только осуждающее цоканье.
4. Отдельно хочу отметить завтраки, они не соответствуют фото - шведского стола нет. Выносят поднос с двумя кусками заветренного сыра и самым дешевым йогуртом.
Не при каких обстоятельствах не бронируйте этот отель! Испортит все впечатление о Баку.

SPA e gym è perfetto!! tutto comodo . ristorante eccezionale e prezzi giusti. il personale miglior, disponibile, professionale. ambiente bello. sembra di essere in Ermitage, san Pietroburgo. chic e comodissime stanze spaziose. cavolo, non mi sono trattenuta con complimenti perche ci torno sempre volentieri... ma magari ora alzano i prezzi e mi sono fregata da sola)))))
