Excepcional room, but too noisy for me to return
Pros:

Location near the center/cathedral. The room was big and spacious, super clean and brand new. The bed and pillows were was very comfortable

Cons:

Hotel is beside a very noisy street. Also there’s a nightclub just in front of the hotel. I could hear the bass all night long, I had to sleep with earplugs and still could listen to the music. Wish there was some kind of restaurant / room service. Everything else was just fine

Pros:

Great location and an adorable boutique hotel! We felt like it was a very good value for the money. Although it doesn’t have its own restaurant, you don’t need one in San Miguel as there are places ALL over town to eat!! We would stay there again without hesitation!

Hotel Maria Camille is in an excellent location and has beautiful, quiet rooms
Pros:

Location, balcony , cleaning staff, good restaurant recommendations. Staff very responsive to requests for shower chair. Really beautiful design in man room.

Cons:

Toilet too low and difficult to get up from, too few electrical outlets, water had to be run a long time before it got hot. Limited long hang space (had to share it with ironing board)! Property on slight incline which makes it difficult to walk out from for anyone with physical limitations. Chairs in lobby too low. Add one or two straight chairs would help enormously

Have Valet parking, which is extraordinary in San Miguel de Allende; the staff is very kind and helpful
At the front desk you can get reservations for the best restaurants and terraces.
